Telephone not working, called (with my own phone) to have it fixed, promised it would be fixed and nothing has been done. More importantly, the shower was alternating burning and cold water which was very dangerous, again, flagged the issue and nothing has been done.

Overall the hotel was very good and the staff excellent. However there was a problem with my shower (it alternated from warm to scalding hot and back all on its own) and whilst I reported it the problem remained. Also it wasn't clear on booking that the all you can eat breakfast did not include any hot food (scrambled egg etc.) which was a bit disappointing. The cold buffet was however good.

It was a very nice stay.

The staff was very polite and eager to help. The room was small but clean, however there wasn't a double bed but 2 single beds that could easily move away from each other, which was frustrating. The location was great.

I booked a balcony room and couldn't access the balcony because the lock on the door was broken. I reported immediately to reception, who offered to have it fixed the next day. That didn't help as I was only staying one night. I would have expected to be charged for a normal room instead - just as a gesture, but no... I was charged for a balcony I could not use....

Very good journey, very pleasant stuff . Clean room, front desk very nice. However, Ibis has to respect others and not serve pork only in breakfast. I mentioned this and apparently this issue is already raised to Ibis and nothing is being done. It's not difficult to include chicken .

I stay at the hotel often and usually enjoy it. This time, I stayed 2 nights and the room was not cleaned. When I returned from the day, the door was ajar. Nothing was missing but Inhave no idea why the door was not locked. They automatically close quite forcefully sonInam sure it was locked when I left. Front desk people were very polite and apologetic. I will be returning next month and look forward to a much better stay.

overall the rooms are as to be expected of an ibis hotel. the lobby and other rooms exceeded my expectations. the way how the hotel is managed , certainly the checkin checkout is one of the best i have seen so far , even in Pullman or Mercure.
