It is clean - Staff is very friendly and has given us extra Sheet we have asked for. It is very good located quite close to Metro Line. Room was also very quiet as we also asked for. Breakfast was also very good. There is also a bar where you can sit and have a drink which is also quite nice. So overall very pleasant stay.

Surprised by how small the room was and no complementary tea or coffee, but bed was comfortable

Good stay but rude person at the desk

Disrespectful, ill-mannered and patronizing person at the desk. I’m specifically talking about that man who worked overnight on Monday August 29th (Kenneth? I believe), everyone else was nice, helpful and even friendly. So at 11:30pm I asked that guy what time the bar closes, he tells me midnight. Fine, I come back down at 11:50pm to ask for a cocktail, only to find out that his definition of bar does not include cocktails. I’m fine with it, that’s not even what I’m upset about. I then try to ask him what time the bar opens on the following day but he doesn’t let me finish my sentence and cuts me off 4 or 5 times. Why? because he assumes that I want to argue with him the time he told me that the "bar" opens (which 1. makes zero sense, what’s the point of arguing about that, and 2. interestingly enough is now the version of the "bar" that serves alcoholic beverages). After these 4-5 interruptions, I let him fully shut up THEN when there’s 2 seconds of silence I try to open my mouth again only for him to talk over me AGAIN, with hands waving and speaking even louder. He was close to yelling at this point. This whole interaction was incredibly rude and embarrassing. I don’t know if it’s because I look young that he acted this way but I have never been treated this way before, ever. And by ever I mean in life, not just hotel or even work: listening to people when they talk is supposed to be basic education and courtesy, let alone when you work in the hotel industry. Every summer when I stop in Paris I choose this place because the neighborhood feels safe and people are friendly. Not sure if I’ll come back to this hotel. On the positive side however, the room was clean and had a nice view, the breakfast was awesome and the hotel is conveniently located near restaurants, a park, a movie theater and the subway.
