1 hotel i have staid in with rubbish disposable plastic under sheets on the bed that stops your body from ventilation and adjusting temperature. Stupidly warm. i travel more than 100 days for work every year and this is probably the worst sleep i have ever had in a hotel. one thing is shure i will never visit your hotel again

Sandra is not professional，she did not arrange a quiet room for me even I politely requested. It was early morning，I paid early check-in fee，so there could be quiet rooms，however she ignored my request. Secondly、she did not make the room card accessible for the rest day、after 12pm、we need to renew the room card which means the card did not remain useful even for one day.

Hotel location is very convenient, right next to metro station. Reception and breakfast staff were great. Room was clean, but I found receipt under the bed after previous guest(not so far I saw that when first enter the room), so check the room more carefully

Room was comfortable and hotel was well-located. However, we were awoken by the alarm incident on August 16 which was obviously a large big disturbance in terms of our trip. While I understand that this was an unexpected incident for the hotel, I was disappointed that no gesture of compensation was made for the trouble caused. Considering the circumstances, we would have expected some kind of gesture from the establishment.

It was a good stay. Despite being very familiar with Paris, I'd never before been to Bercy Village - I enjoyed the place. Weather was hot , not sure the a/c in room was too great (temp stuck around 80 despite it being continually on). Room was quiet & wifi was fine. Didn't eat in hotel (only had a coffee)...

Check-in was delayed because they couldn't find my booking reservation. They wanted to charge me again. I showed them all the receipts and explained that I only needed to pay the city tax. I paid the tax, but at check-out they tried to charge me the same tax again. I don't think the fault lies with the staff. It seemed to me like a hotel system error or disorganization.
