Very disappointing, would not stay here again, too dirty and lacking in many ways. Can't belove Accorr recommends them. Stick with Marriott or Hilton. This hotel is poorly run and managed. Given the heat wave, the A/C worked minimally, which was an issue for many places in Paris the week of NUne 20th but the hotel still could have managed the cleanliness of the room. The room rug and drapes were very dirty. Tere were no hand towels or wash cloths. The sink and shower drains were totally clogged and the shower basin was so clogged it overflowed while taking a shower. Escalated the issue to the front desk people who noted it on a post it note and then didn't send it to maintenance. Eventually it was addressed after multiple requests. It would have been goodto have a competent front desk manager in place. Maintenance person was excellent. It was very difficult to get a drink at the bar even though there were bartenders, they were often distracted and couldn't find bottled beers that were on the menu and in inventory. If there was a Bar Manager, they were not present or managing. Front Desk reception was the same way often no one was at the desk; they were working in a room off of the reception desk and even though a line was forming you had to go the room and ask them to come to the front desk. Upon checkout, they did not ask how your stay was and barely communicated.
