Buongiorno, Hotel in un ottima posizione colazione buona ed abbondante con molta scelta . Ho avuto problemi con la camera invasa dalle formiche, cambiata tempestivamente bravi. Purtroppo poi la camera nuova problemi con l'acqua fredda anche lì volevamo cambiarmi la camera ma visto la gentilezza non ho voluto poi parlando con loro abbiamo capito che era dovuto al sistema (qualcuno aveva abbassato la caldaia penso) quindi risolto subito. 2 cose in particolare non ho apprezzato Fiori finti non esiste proprio una vergogna, personale che parla poco e male inglese (comunque sempre molto gentili) Molta polvere in giro non proprio pulitissimo Sono 14 anni che uso tutte le catene ibis, bisognerebbe fare più ispezione e controllare meglio la gestione degli Hotel Basta poco per essere sempre apprezzati al top.

Pour avoir fréquenté plusieurs hôtels Ibis, celui-ci est décevant. Je peux comprendre qu'à Paris les chambres soient plus petites qu'en province pour le même prix, mais l'isolation phonique pourrait être améliorée. Au début je croyais que la fenêtre était ouverte mais non. Nous profitons pleinement des bruits de Bercy-village jusqu'à tard dans la nuit. Puis ce sont ceux des livreurs tôt le matin. Enfin c'est le voisin de chambre qui se prend d'une quinte de toux, puis se chèche les cheveux avec ce maudit sèche-cheveux vintage fixé au mur. Douche d'une autre époque. Un rajeunissement pourrait permettre d' éclaircir cette pièce aveugle et étroite. Petit-déjeuner moins garni que dans d' autres Ibis moins cher. Bref, rapport qualité-prix décevant.

L'hôtel est situé dans un quartier très agréable et familial, tout proche d'une bouche de métro, et à coté d'un parc très agréable pour un séjour en famille avec des enfants
