Room was comfortable and hotel was well-located. However, we were awoken by the alarm incident on August 16 which was obviously a large big disturbance in terms of our trip. While I understand that this was an unexpected incident for the hotel, I was disappointed that no gesture of compensation was made for the trouble caused. Considering the circumstances, we would have expected some kind of gesture from the establishment.

It was a good stay. Despite being very familiar with Paris, I'd never before been to Bercy Village - I enjoyed the place. Weather was hot , not sure the a/c in room was too great (temp stuck around 80 despite it being continually on). Room was quiet & wifi was fine. Didn't eat in hotel (only had a coffee)...

Check-in was delayed because they couldn't find my booking reservation. They wanted to charge me again. I showed them all the receipts and explained that I only needed to pay the city tax. I paid the tax, but at check-out they tried to charge me the same tax again. I don't think the fault lies with the staff. It seemed to me like a hotel system error or disorganization.

I have stayed in Many Ibis hotels and had contacted the front desk in advance if my stay for lowest floor possible as I have some current health/mobility issues and in an emergency would not be able to navigate stairs. Upon check I was put on the 3rd floor. I ask to be moved to 1st and was told it would be a downgrade from the room I paid for. I assured them it was okay. I was told bring my luggage down before I headed out to my appts and they would gold it for the lower floor room when ready. The young woman kept saying if we have a room. I said I'm am a prepaid loyalty guest and need assurance if I give up my current room there will in fact be another room. She kept interrupting me saying I wasn't paying attention and I said you keep saying if versus when. Finally a nice wonman in glasses assured me I'd have a room upon my return. I was staying multiple nights. I received a room on the 2nd floor, better. Every other person in this hotel was very kind, thoughtful, helpful and engaging. The 2nd elevator broke my first day there and when I left 5 days later it had not been repaired. A full hotel as BTI was playing 2 nights at Accor stadium so elevator waits were often too long. The location and most of the staff are the best parts of the hotel.

We arrived early morning after a long flight and were told that our room had not been paid for. Despite our having a receipt showing it was paid in full we were required to pay again in order to get access to the room. They did refund the early check in fee due to it taking over an hour to get things sorted. Breakfast was delicious, very hearty. Staff were polite, however, we requested a clean duvet as the one on the bed was stained- we never got it. One of the lifts was broken and kept pinging and repeatedly stating ‘doors closing’ which wouldn’t have been a problem if it hadn’t been right next to our room! Apparently it was fixed and then less than six hours later was broken again! The bed was comfortable, the room was very small, the balcony was present however the view of Paris was completely blocked by the trees that clearly have grown since they built the place. Housekeeping did not seem to want to provide toilet paper as there was less than half a roll when we checked in and I had to go and find more by myself that evening, despite asking for the room to be tended to while we were out that afternoon. Would we stay there again? Possibly it wasn’t awful, however, it wasn’t what we were expecting.

Excellent, only issue was on one night, the bar area not very welcoming, member of staff cleaning up from 21.00, TV switched off and made you feel like you shouldn’t be there. Everybody else very friendly and welcoming. Would return.
