As I was traveling alone in Paris, the thing I care about most in choosing hotel is safety and convenience. The hotel is near subway and the location is good. However, on the first morning I stayed at the hotel room at 7 am, someone broke into my room and I shouted out loud. Nobody replied and I was scared. I immediately asked the reception for help, and they told me it was their colleague who found out that my room didn’t check in their system and the guy just went into my room to check if someone stays. I really cannot accept this reason. It is the basic duty for the reception to arrange the hotel room and make sure the customer already checking-in. The hotel staff did not ring a bell or knock the door. He just opened my room door. I think this is a bad bad management.
