We stayed there for 6 nights because of its proximity to the Accor Arena for the tennis tournament. The location of the hotel is great. It’s just next to the Bercy village that has many restaurants, stores and a Carrefour grocery store. It’s a 10-15 minutes walk to the Accor Arena. The walk can be quite scary if it’s dark outside, but it’s fine during the day. The staff was polite but not very welcoming. We came back several times to our rooms around 3pm and they weren’t cleaned yet. They didn’t change the sheets for the entire stay (we found out that you have to ask, otherwise it won’t get done). Only 3 towels per room for 2 guests, and one of these towels is a small face towel. We asked for extra towels but never got them. The room smelled like cigarettes although it was a nonsmoking floor. There was only one tiny trash can in the entire room. I’d recommend staying here only if location is your priority, otherwise it’s not worth the price. There are much better hotels in Paris for the same price.

Perfect hotel for any trip to Paris, not just for the Accor arena which is just a 10 minute walk away. The only reason for not giving a higher score is due to very poor customer service on two occasions during our stay, which spoiled an otherwise perfect experience. Housekeeping services were excellent unfortunately rudeness from front of house staff let the team down massively.

I had a brief discussion via email with Axelle which was extremely pleasant. Then, when I was wrongly charged for something at the hotel, she was the one who discovered it and even apologised on behalf of the hotel. This left me feeling extremely confident of the staff at this hotel and I am happy to give them the best rating possible! The hotel is located in a beautiful area of Paris, quiet while being close to a vibrant shopping and dining area while also being next to a wonderful park. Will be back!

Decent hotel clean area and near the Met

I’ve been to this house till 3×1st time back in 2013. They did a few upgrades, which looks nice. But the price of this property went up so much it used to be a really good nice clean hotel at a really reasonable rate. I only stay two nights because of how much it was. The rooms are nice and clean nothing fancy but for its price there should be a little more frills In 2018. In the summer, I can get prices for around $100 or even less, but now it’s in the 200s. I ended up staying at other hotels the rest of my trip because of the price
