The place is poorly maintained. The room was not what we expected, and definitely not what we could've seen in the pictures. Room has no regular heating, it was freezing cold when we arrived, and it had two heaters inside (one was broken). Toilet, without a place to wash hands, separated from the bathroom. Although, I booked for 3 persons, the 3rd bad - sofa was not set, and a receptionist told me to set it on my own.

My stay at this property was objectively unacceptable and far below the standards advertised and expected from an Accor brand. The room was in very poor condition: dirty and worn walls, damaged and chipped furniture, broken skirting boards, sticky floors and a general lack of proper maintenance and cleanliness. The room was cold and heating was provided only by a small portable electric heater plugged into a wall socket, which felt unsafe and completely inappropriate for a hotel room. Wi-Fi did not work at all, making it impossible to work or even use basic online services. In addition, I did not receive my room key upon arrival due to a computer system failure that had apparently been ongoing for hours. I was shown an alternative room, which was in even worse condition than the first one, confirming that the issue was structural and not accidental. The room bore no resemblance to the photos and description shown online. The reality was a degraded and stripped-down version of what is advertised, without the finishes, amenities or comfort suggested on the website. This felt misleading. Despite immediately reporting all issues on site, no effective solution was offered and the hotel management was not available. Under these conditions, it was impossible to stay, and I was forced to leave the hotel despite having fully prepaid my stay. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing and not acceptable for any hotel, let alone one belonging to an international group.

The staff were extremely nice and co-operative. The kitchenette idea was really helpful and it was fully equipped. The hotel at Adajio Access Paris-Charenton needs some renovation though and some rooms are quite small.

I stayed 4 nights in December. The place is very clean and very well equiped to prepare and store light meals. The beds are very comfortable. The team is very helpful and serviceable. It is located 5 min walk to the line 8 of the metro, very convenient to move around in Paris. It is an excellent value for money that I strongly recommend.
