The ac was not functionin very well, there were not any hotel slippers and there were not any shower cabin, it was an open shower. Besides these the staff was super polite, room was clean and hotel is like 7 minutes far from metro (line 8 and usable for most landmarks) by walking.

Let me say this first, staff is very friendly! Also, I book Accor hotels for most my stays because they have not let me done so far in terms on their overall quality - rooms and hotel standard feel the same anywhere - be it in Spain, Germany or Switzerland. This hotel is the first one that does not fit the accor brand and I stayed at two Ibis hotels in Paris before, who do deserve the accor brand. The hotel room number 4 smelled bad for the entire stay, the room does not feel inviting or like a hotel at all but more like a dorm room. The window is strategically looked right next to you while you sleep so during a colder winter month you for sure get sick.

This is quite a difficult review to make. First, I booked via the Accor app and chose a fare that could be cancelled 2 days prior to the stay. I was charged the full amount anyways. I wrote to the hotel, and two days later they refunded me, but immediately charged a pre-reservation fee. OK, it’s been only two days after I checked-out, but the pre-reservation was not cancelled yet - I would expect it to be immediately cancelled after check-out. The front desk staff: they were kind. Our room: it was ready at 3:40pm (check in was 3:00pm). The staff apologized and offered us some coffee. In general, for the price and location, the room was good. Dated, lining with some stains, and several items quite worn out, but it was clean and comfortable. No noise and a nice view. I did not use the kitchen. Breakfast: this was disappointing: on the first day, there were no tables left and no one organising, so we just stood there waiting. When we finally got a table, there were no plates, forks, spoons, etc, and I realized there was a lady doing both: cleaning and refilling food and supplies. In the second day, there were very few people, but still no plates, few forks, and when I asked for a spoon after waiting quite long, the lady raised her hand as if saying ‘wait’. The food was ok, but it is a bit disturbing to see that she cleans/washes all the cutlery in a small room next to the tables with the same gloves that she cleans the tables and manipulates and serves the food. It is around 30 minutes from major attractions.

The place is poorly maintained. The room was not what we expected, and definitely not what we could've seen in the pictures. Room has no regular heating, it was freezing cold when we arrived, and it had two heaters inside (one was broken). Toilet, without a place to wash hands, separated from the bathroom. Although, I booked for 3 persons, the 3rd bad - sofa was not set, and a receptionist told me to set it on my own.
