Everything went fine except for check out where I was asked to pay additional fee which was supposed to be paid up front and the front desk girl was not pleasant, very disrespectful 😡 otherwise everything went well specially the lady at the reception I spoke to when I arrived very nice( great customer service).

I booked the Adagio Access for the price and the convenience of the kitchenette (fridge, microwave, and dishes), which was helpful for a long stay. However, the room itself was very disappointing and made it difficult to rest well at the hotel. The "walk-in shower" described on the app was actually a hand-held sprayer directly next to the toilet with no stall or barrier. This meant the entire bathroom floor stayed wet and unsanitary, and that water from around the toilet could mix with where I was standing for the shower. When I asked for a rubber mat or a room change, the staff provided only a towel and stated all rooms were the same. I had to spend my first night looking for shower shoes, which cost me 30 Euros. However, I've since seen that the app shows a bathroom with a shower stall, so I don't know why I was told there were no other options when the hotel wasn't sold out and the staff member didn't even look it up. There was also significant mold on the bathroom grout and a heavy musty odor both in the bathroom and bedroom. This made my allergies and asthma worse all week and made it difficult to sleep. The hotel should provide more upfront information about what to expect for the stay and offer flexibility to change if there are other options. The lobby and breakfast area were nice, but that doesn't make up for dirty, musty rooms. The hotel partly ruined my trip in Paris because I was so uncomfortable in my room.

Lift constantly broken. 20th wedding anniversary, asked for a room to view the city/Eiffel tower, didnt get it. Breakfast poor, had to beg for top-ups every single morning. 3 weeks on and still waiting for refund for the breakfast
