Regarding the availability at the reception, we are sorry if you felt a lack of support. Concerning the housekeeping service, we would like to clarify that cleaning is performed on a weekly basis, in line with the Adagio concept of aparthotels, which offers guests greater independence. However, additional cleaning services, fresh towels, and waste collection are available upon request at the reception. We regret if this information was not clearly communicated upon your arrival.
