All the staff was great, very polite and always ready to help. The room was clean but small. The only complain I would have is that the air conditioning doesn't work very well. We were hot the whole night.

We go to this hotel about once a year. We are really pleased by the personal/Staff. Everybody is very nice and responsive. The rooms are clean. The location is really good, near the Metro line 14, the RER, and other bus and tram lines.

I stayed for 10 days on a business trip. My overall stay was ok, not good not bad. The breakfast is decent but exactly the same every day. The people in the hotel were very nice and polite, but didn't go out of the way to help.

1. I have asked my room to be cleaned twice - the cleaner "forgot" to clean my room. If you stay for a few days, no one will clean your room even if you ask multiple times. 2. The fan in the bathroom does not switch off - the Aircon in the bedroom does not work. 3. I expected a warmer welcome from the receptionist who is the face of the hotel, right? 4. The breakfast was good and the staff in the canteen were superb, very kind and helpful. 5. The bed and pillows were very good. 6. Location is convenient, not far from the metro but after 9pm doesn't feel very safe.

I am sorry that the message was not passed on to your room which was not made, I am in the process of making my enquiry, today it was made in accordance with your request. On the other hand we have just checked: The air-conditioning works very well but it was on heating and on 30° and the receptionist tells me that he has explained to you how it works. Indeed you cannot turn off the controlled mechanical ventilation in the bathroom because it is there to renew the air in the room and prevent the bathroom from getting mouldy. I am very surprised by the attitude of the receptionist, but we will review the situation with the team, which is very well rated (as you can see on the different networks). Location is fantastic right next to metro but we walked mostly and it’s close to the seine so you can walk along it.Super friendly service at breakfast and very covid safe. Definitely would stay again. We love Ibis Styles.

Upon arrival I have not been greeted with a smile, I have been greeted with a grumpy face. I have given my name and reservation number, then I asked Dana Kamsig who was in charge about my parking space, only to be told that I had to pay 21 euros a day. I have tried to explain calmly that I have choose your hotel because the parking is included, she kept cutting me off and trying to overtake the conversation, I have tried to tell her that I have got proof in my phone to show her, but she didn't want to wait until I have told her kindly to stop talking to me until I showed the pictures. She told me if you don't like it I can give you a refund and go somewhere else. That is unacceptable. How can you turn down your guests?? I have driven 450 miles from England only to be told to go away on my honeymoon.She didn't take the time to listen and see the pictures of the booking: it says clearly free wifi, breakfast included and parking on the facilities.That's the main 3 things I emphasised about when I booked my stay.I asked her admit your website is misleading, she didn't care. She is not professional in a customer service demanding position, no smile no empathy and no competence. I felt not welcome by your hotel, I only stayed because I couldn't go somewhere else after a long drive. When I said thus is not acceptable after a long drive, she said it's not her problem it's Accor problem. She charged us 50 euros as a good will but still unacceptable charge and the attitude and the poor customer service. how Accor can have someone like that as an assistant manager? when I asked to speak to the manager she said I am the boss. I would like to make a formal complaint about her. And take it further. If you have CCTV recording please have a look, otherwise I can provide evidence of the conversation.If necessary it will go to the press and the office to fair trading in France and the UK. I would like a response from one of your senior managers to discuss the matter. I am not happy. Really disappointed.

Parking is not free, the website is misleading. The assistant manager told us if you don't like it go somewhere else after we had driven 450 miles from England. Very rude and incompetent, she never smiles, very poor customer service. How can you turn away your guests?

The rooms were fine but the decoration was a bit disappointing for a 3 star hotel. A socket had been ripped off the wall in my room, which could be dangerous. The lift was out of order and had been out of order for 9 weeks according to an employee. I arrived on Sunday 5th and the room wasn’t cleaned until Wednesday 8th, I wasn’t very happy about it as I’m allergic to dust mites and the bin was full. The lady serving breakfast was efficient and very pleasant but the bread rolls were left by most guests as they were very hard and couldn't be cut with the diposable knives we were given. So the services were clearly not those you would expect from a three star hotel even though I understand part if this is due to the sanitary situation . I stayed at the Douai Ibis Styles in March, there is no comparison between the two.And the Ibis Budget I stayed in in June last year in Paris offered a higher standard.

Improve Bathrooms

My last stays invite me to recommend to refurbish the bathrooms as these do not show the quality at the level of the hotel. some hotels below level of Ibis Style have better quality bathroom than what is proposed. The baths are very old and used, the shower are leaking. I am sure that you will value this request to the best possible

A no frills hotel that has a simple and nice feel to it. The staff was great and the staff were wonderful and would go out of the way to check if everything was fine. The breakfast is basic with just juice, bread, boiled eggs, croissant, fruit, yogurt and some cold cuts. A couple of coffee machines complete spread. The area was very clean. The single room was on the smaller side, however was perfect for the need, as it was just a place to sleep. Everything was clean. Only one area of improvement. To enter the building, you have to buzz in, if the staff is not visible. The sign for this should be displayed on the door. I spent a few minutes wondering why the door would not open till I noticed this on a pillar next to the door.

We stayed one night in this hotel and our experience was good. We got 2 rooms for a family of 4 (2 young kids) and the check in process was fast and smooth. Rooms were fine, nothing luxurious since you know this is an average hotel when you are on the budget. What we liked the most is that ii is only 2 blocks away from the train station that will connect you to the main areas in just minutes. They offered free breakfast but we did not tried since there is a Pret a Manger only 3 blocks away and we love that place for breakfast, it is amazing! As far as transfers from airports, we took a taxi from Orly to this hotel and they have a flat rate of 30 Euro which is great fare for 4 people. Then, we took an Uber from this hotel to CDG and it was 40 Euro also a great fare since CDG is further and like 50 minutes away.

Perfect quality for the price (considering this is Paris). The rooms are clean, the people of the staff are very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was included in the price and very good as well. The beds are also comfortable. Also, the location is near the metro station and neighbourhoods with bars and restaurants are not far away.
