Beds were comfortable, air con worked (though was a little noisy), breakfast was great and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Metro was a few steps away. There are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room but there is a machine in reception you can use any time as well as a water refill point which was handy.

We stayed for a week in this very good located hotel. The breakfast was good enough. The room was good, towels changed every day and maybe a liittle more floor cleaniness would be could. The most valuable was the kindness of all employees.

Due to a huge delay of our train, we had to quickly find a room for the night. The receptionist was really helpfull and nice to us even if it was late. The room was well air-conditionned, clean and quiet.

Stayed for four nights in a twin room which had everything you needed for a short stay, but was uncomfortably hot with no means of using air con to make it cooler. Felt unable to have the window open due to noise from street outside. Breakfast was really good, and the hot and cold drinks available in the reception was a great alternative to having a kettle in the room. Free popcorn was a nice touch. The hotel is in a very good location, everything is easily accessible. We met nice and communicative people. It was a bit cold in our room and we had to use an external heater.
