1. I have asked my room to be cleaned twice - the cleaner "forgot" to clean my room. If you stay for a few days, no one will clean your room even if you ask multiple times. 2. The fan in the bathroom does not switch off - the Aircon in the bedroom does not work. 3. I expected a warmer welcome from the receptionist who is the face of the hotel, right? 4. The breakfast was good and the staff in the canteen were superb, very kind and helpful. 5. The bed and pillows were very good. 6. Location is convenient, not far from the metro but after 9pm doesn't feel very safe.

Location is fantastic right next to metro but we walked mostly and it’s close to the seine so you can walk along it.Super friendly service at breakfast and very covid safe. Definitely would stay again. We love Ibis Styles.

Upon arrival I have not been greeted with a smile, I have been greeted with a grumpy face. I have given my name and reservation number, then I asked Dana Kamsig who was in charge about my parking space, only to be told that I had to pay 21 euros a day. I have tried to explain calmly that I have choose your hotel because the parking is included, she kept cutting me off and trying to overtake the conversation, I have tried to tell her that I have got proof in my phone to show her, but she didn't want to wait until I have told her kindly to stop talking to me until I showed the pictures. She told me if you don't like it I can give you a refund and go somewhere else. That is unacceptable. How can you turn down your guests?? I have driven 450 miles from England only to be told to go away on my honeymoon.She didn't take the time to listen and see the pictures of the booking: it says clearly free wifi, breakfast included and parking on the facilities.That's the main 3 things I emphasised about when I booked my stay.I asked her admit your website is misleading, she didn't care. She is not professional in a customer service demanding position, no smile no empathy and no competence. I felt not welcome by your hotel, I only stayed because I couldn't go somewhere else after a long drive. When I said thus is not acceptable after a long drive, she said it's not her problem it's Accor problem. She charged us 50 euros as a good will but still unacceptable charge and the attitude and the poor customer service. how Accor can have someone like that as an assistant manager? when I asked to speak to the manager she said I am the boss. I would like to make a formal complaint about her. And take it further. If you have CCTV recording please have a look, otherwise I can provide evidence of the conversation.If necessary it will go to the press and the office to fair trading in France and the UK. I would like a response from one of your senior managers to discuss the matter. I am not happy. Really disappointed.

Parking is not free, the website is misleading. The assistant manager told us if you don't like it go somewhere else after we had driven 450 miles from England. Very rude and incompetent, she never smiles, very poor customer service. How can you turn away your guests?
