The hotel staff were very rude and we have booked a double bed with triple room and we got 2 single beds.asked the staff to change it but at the same time another family is asking the same and receptionist is saying I'm happy to switch the room. They got the double bed in triple room. I'm wondering how the hell they got the room while we ask there is no room available. Even it happened infront of our eyes.

Good for someone just looking for a place to crash after a busy day on Paris. Very polite and friendly staff. Affordable parking and major shopping center within the building.

Thank you very much for your kind review! We’re delighted to hear that you appreciated the friendliness of our staff, our convenient parking, and the shopping centre located within the building. We’re pleased to have been a comfortable and affordable place to rest after a busy day exploring Paris. We hope to welcome you back on your next visit! Valentin, Chef de Réception

There was too much noise in our room, I suppose it was from an airco that was placed right in front of our window.

The receptionists were truly rude and one made did emit a racist comment. I called her out on that and I’m escalating the situation as we speak

What I like with IBIS is mainly safety. Smooth check in, clean room. Far from city, but budget friendly.
