The hotel staff were very rude and we have booked a double bed with triple room and we got 2 single beds.asked the staff to change it but at the same time another family is asking the same and receptionist is saying I'm happy to switch the room. They got the double bed in triple room. I'm wondering how the hell they got the room while we ask there is no room available. Even it happened infront of our eyes.

Ideally located near the Accor arena if attending concert. Hotel room basic but clean. Should put 2 pillows on each bed as one singular extremely flat pillow was not ideal and extremely uncomfortable. Thankfully had a good air con unit in room as we arrived during high temperatures. Breakfast was ok, selection not great but fresh. After a long day sight seeing arrived back to none of the 4 lifts working. We were located on 2nd floor However due to the layout of the hotel had to climb 8-10 flights of stairs to get to room. On our last morning again after a late night at concert we were awoken with banging and workmen noise at 8am. A notice to let people know work would be taking place would have been considerate.
