Room and overall amenities were good. However, we did notice a few small cockroaches in the kitchen area (under the sink, under the fridge) which could occasionally appear (which we killed). Can you ensure the property pest control is checked? Staff were very helpful, no issues here.

We had a great stay at Aparthotel Adagio Paris Bercy Village. The location is excellent — very close to the metro, making it easy to get around Paris. There are also many great restaurants and food options nearby within walking distance, so finding something to eat was never a problem. One of the best things is how close it is to Accor Arena, which makes this hotel a perfect choice if you’re attending a concert or event there. Definitely a convenient and comfortable place to stay in Paris!

The staff were friendly and the room was comfortable Unfortunately, on two of the nights there was too much noise from groups of youths outside the hotel talking, shouting laughing ... until 1;00 am (!) ...

Reception agents hardly talked to us on arrival. Simply got our names and handed over a key. We then asked them to fix the aircon and open a window, it was a friday they told us that no engineer would be available until monday (3 days) Then on saturday again we complained about the room temperature and were asked to change room. The new room had a functioning air con and a opening window, however the state of the room was not in good condition. Pealing paint on the wall, blocked sink.
