False advertising

This is not a 4* hotel as described on the website. I would say it would be hard pressed to be given a 2* rating given the condition of the rooms. Maintenance is poor, cleanliness is below average. Rooms had broken doors on cabinets, main sink in bathroom was leaking, floor was very dusty. Lighting was also very poor and some didn't work. We had to rely on the kitchen sink for the entire 4 night stay as the only bathroom sink was leaking. We requested an early check-in (before 10am) and were told this was available for a fee. Despite being an Accor Plus member, I was still happy to pay the 70 euros early check-in fee but was not told that we had to then wait another 90 mins for the room to be ready. Bit of a rip off to have paid 70 euros to check in about 3 hours early, and to then be in a room that was dirty, dark with broken amenities. I wish we had stayed at the Pullman across the road.
