We were initially very happy with our apartment. It was nicely furnished and spacious. However, there was a strong smell of cigarettes coming into it. At first we thought that maybe it was from the street outside but it became clear that it was from within the building (we had an interconnecting door to the neighbouring apartment). When I reported it at reception he initially said that the aparthotel was fully booked but then was able to move us to another apartment. It took about an hour to get this sorted and move our things to an inferior apartment (the dishwasher and coffee machine were both broken) and our belongings still smelt of cigarette smoke. My children have been brought up in a smoke free household and were disgusted by the smell. I'm very disappointed that the no smoking rule is not enforced and that we had to move as a result.

I was not keeping well on this trip but the room had adequate kitchen facilities that help me through the stay. The staff was quite friendly. Location is quite accessible to the Metro.

Four of us stayed in a 4 bedroom apartment. Each bedroom had an en-suite and was very comfortable. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped. The location was great - close to the centre, convenient for taxis and the metro. A high quality food and dining mall was seconds away. And all the staff were helpful and friendly.
