The hotel is well located and good for families. However, the rooms are a bit smelly and used compared to other adagios I've been to. The dishwasher was also rusty. Room / Cleaning service free of charge would be nice.

The hotel is run down, holes in the wall and beds are Murphy beds that are not that comfortable.

We stayed here for 8 nights with our toddler. It was perfect for our needs. We loved the convenience of the area and being outside of the busiest tourist areas, while still only being 3 short stops away from the center. The staff was always kind and helpful. Little things like filtered water available in the lobby and laundry machines downstairs made a big difference for our family. We slept great and found the area to be quiet and safe at night.
