The hotel in nice by appearance but has the Worst team. The check in was very very slow. Assigned rooms totally wrong. Deposit not yet refunded after 2 weeks of check out. The room itself full of allergens and needs to remove this old carpets. The breakfast is over priced. I tried to call them to ask about the refund, so they made me wait for more than 20 minutes and then no response. I will never book there again
