There was a heatwave at the time and the air conditioning could not cope up. Did not expect this when paying over 200 euros per night for a room. Had two very uncomfortable nights at the hotel.

While everyone was exceptionally friendly, it seemed difficult to get staff attention or focus later on the day. I wouldn’t consider the front desk staffed 24/7. Separately, the room was warm but not uncomfortable. There was AC but it was limited to an extent. For a short business trip it was fine, especially location wise, though somewhat inconvenient at times.

Good hotel with nice breakfast and a roof top bar! Rooms are fancy, however, air condition can be stronger especially on 30degrees plus days! Location is calm, somewhat in the outskirts but thats ok. Staff is nice but can be also a bit more attentive towards guest also because of high room rates.

The room was very comfortable, the receptionist who assisted me was very friendly, and the guys at the bar were very friendly too. The only downside was the breakfast service; the eggs, bacon, and sausages were very cold—almost as if they had just come out of the fridge.

Our room was comfortable and clean. Staff were very welcoming and helpful on the whole. Only one woman on reception was rude to us part way through our stay. Our only complaint was the lack of attention to food allergies. The hotel was informed on booking, that 2 of our party of 7 were coeliac. I ordered GF breakfast for our last 2 days. On the first we came down and nothing was prepared, despite my booking in advance (the rude receptionist told me that booking was a matter for the kitchen, not her) . The kitchen staff then produced GF bread and placed it in the area with other bread, therefore contaminating it. This is not a lifestyle choice but a diagnosed allergy that makes us both extremely ill. We did not eat at the hotel for the duration of our stay.

Having asked for a quiet room, we were given a ground floor room next to the main air condition unit for the hotel. We were kept awake by the constant throbbing noise from the unit. Dinner at the hotel was stodgy and unappetising.

Upon arrival, they attempted to block an additional €200 on my card, even though the accommodation was already paid in full and only the resort fee of approximately €63 remained outstanding. This is both unacceptable and ridiculous. A have signed this issue on Agoda site.

We had an enjoyable stay. Metro station was close by. Staff were very helpful, particularly Sara who checked us in. She took effort to find us a quiet room on upper floor. At her recommendation we visited Montmartre and had a wonderful afternoon at the top of the hill. Sara went the extra mile to help us with adding photos to the Navigo weekly pass. We truly appreciate your friendly service. Thanks again Sara. 😀😀
