Clean, great hotel no complaints. There was no water from 9-1 and we had no prior notice which was disappointing but apart from this all good.

Excellent customer service. Breakfast was exceptional. Room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel was easy to locate and the environment was calm and quiet. Using your sister hotel in Amsterdam next.

It’s a fair price for what you get. That cannot be denied. My personal experience was the hotel still needs some work: my room for example, the AC was broken the whole time. When I arrived it was like a fridge and the two air vents didn’t stop putting out cold air no matter what. When I returned to the hotel in the evening the vents were still on 24/7 but now just pumping out room temperature ish air and a small heater had been plugged in. The AC carried on, though I had the AC dial to “off” , the whole time. Two hotel employees also walked into my room in the early evening on day 2 without notifying me which was embarrassing as I was led in bed in just a towel. Fortunately I noticed the door opening out of the corner of my eye so called out and told them to wait. The room has a phone - call it if you want to go into a guests room. Finally, the breakfast service when busy was not very orderly - at 8am the yoghurt had run out, the cups for coffee were empty and no one offered to make coffee when you get there. There was also no healthy cereal option. All the ‘musli’ were baked in some sweet flavours. Something not so sugary would have been good. Morning 2, when it was quiet, the service was a lot better and relaxed. In summary - still feels like the hotel was finding its feet: The one big big positive was I got a quiet nights sleep both nights. Now that is worth its weight in gold.
