The staff was nice and helpful, both with questions regarding the stay and other things when it comes to the trip. Only minus is we didn’t get map of the city when we arrived, just at the end of the trip. The rooftop was nice, but closed at 00:00. The rooms were clean, and the cleaning staff would change the towels and clean every day. Also good breakfast, and a nice park and store right beside the hotel. And I also noticed that there was a bus going to where the hotel is, although we didn’t use it.

Well located and close to metro station. The staff are nice but overall, not happy with my stay and don't think it is a 4 star experience - closer to 3 star. -Really bad pillows -AC not working in the room. Uncomfortably hot. -No fridge in the room -No working desk in the room -Weak shower pressure -The 24 hour grab and go has a really poor selection of drinks/snacks. -The rooftop bar is meant to be open until 11pm however, I went up twice at 10pm (on weekend) and lights off, not a soul in sight. -The reception blasting music loud at 11pm making it difficult to have a conversation when sitting in the lounge These are all just standard things that could easily be fixed and make it a much more enjoyable experience
