Good breakfast and shared spaces. Check-in took a long time despite me already checking in online! Our room was very small. We had 3 rooms, one of them had clearly not been cleaned as it had used towels and dirty sheets ( and used tissues on the floor). Staff were friendly and helpful and sorted this quickly. The main issue is that there is one tiny lift and it was out of order for most of our stay. This meant climbing 4 floors every time we went out and carrying a 23kg bag down the stairs on departure - thankfully, all of our family are fit and well, but this is not acceptable and could be dangerous if any of your party are disabled or not good on their feet.

Extremely helpful and gentle staff. They offered me a free welcome drink. Clean rooms. Nice breakfast. Quiet in a safe neighborhood outside Paris. It’s high time you put safe boxes in the rooms.

i had bad experience with the elevator, stocked for more than one hour, and if need a coffee or tea, no phone I have to go from 6th floor to ground floor and back every time, no water even at the room!!

The location is the best aspect of the hotel being very close to the train station and the town centre. Being the IBIS "Styles" brand I was disappointed with the standard of the hotel and the room we stayed in. Examples: very small lift - made us happy we were only on the second floor, and the bathroom had no air extraction so the room remained wet for a long time after taking showers. In summary, needs upgrading to achieve what I have previously experienced with a IBIS Styles hotel and meet my expectations.
