All of the staff were friendly and soooo helpful (special shout out to Fatima who helped me with many questions and set up a second booking). The quiet location near the metro in Clichy was exactly what I needed. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. WiFi was good. The only con I noticed is for folks who have trouble navigating stairs because the elevator stops between floors, but if that’s your situation and you stay on the ground floor, you’ll be fine. …Best Ibis I’ve stayed at!

The room was very small. The hotel has bigger rooms for the same category, but they gave me a room that was so small that there was hardly any space to pass in front of the bed.
