We stayed here as a family of four for three nights. Although the hotel is located outside of the city centre, the metro station is less than 5 minutes walk, and it only takes 10 minutes on the metro to central Paris. Also the suburb of Clichy is quite attractive in its own way with plenty of nice cafes and restaurants/bars, all within a few minutes walk from the hotel. Also it generally feels safe, even after dark, in the area around the hotel. The hotel is comfortable and good value for money. Bed rooms are an adequate size, probably a bit bigger than some central Paris hotels. The breakfast is excellent and well worth having. Car parking is available at the hotel (limited number of spaces) or the adjacent town hall underground car park (22 euros for 24 hours of parking). The staff at the hotel are all very pleasant and helpful, a real asset to the hotel. One minor criticism is that the air-con is set at 23 degrees celsius in some bedrooms, this is a bit warm for sleeping, especially in the summer months. On request, the reception can lower this to 18 degrees, much more comfortable, but it seems you have to ask. Other than this however the hotel is excellent, will definitely stay here when next in Paris.

We were there in the 33-degree heatwave in late May. The air conditioning worked well & we had comfortable sleep. Shower/bathroom & bedroom were perfect for our needs. Breakfast was fine. We appreciated the opening windows which were like a balcony & let in the twilight air & birdsong. Handy for the metro line 13.

We were very disappointed with the hotel. The room was very shabby, the air conditioning didn’t work, making the room ridiculously hot. There was no water or coffee making facilities in the room as promised and when I went to ask at reception I was offered a glass of Luke warm tap water.I had to go back to reception a second time as we had no towels in the room. We were offered a ‘quiet’ room, which was anything but as we could hear children like they were in our room, and people walking in the room above. The area for breakfast was cluttered and far too small for guests. I appreciate the hotel is under renovation but feel we should have been warned ahead of our stay or maybe a discount given as this was not the experience I had paid over €400

Excellent location right next to the metro station, little cozy hotel with everything you need for a city visit. Monsieur Rashid and his colleagues from the hotel staff were most kind and helpful for all our requests and needs. What was charming about the hotel was the staffs. Everyone were very friendly. From the first day until we check out, it was a very good stay. Language was not even a barrier as everyone speaks well in English. The room was abit dated hence the slightly lower scoring, but the housekeeping team did a very good job to make the room feel comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good and what I liked the most was that the hotel had a juicer pressing machine available and I get my juices and coffee effortlessly. The breakfast spread was basic but very good. One of the key highlights about the hotel and I really enjoyed having breakfast there. The hotel is a doorstep to many supermarkets and restaurants, especially restaurants serving Halal food were abundance around the hotel. The Metro line was only about 3mins walk. The hotel made my Paris stay a gem. I will stay at the hotel again.

The hotel itself is very cramped. The room had a strong smell of damp. Night-time is very noisy, machine noises and other guests. Another guest entering their room on the same floor would cause my door to loudly shake. I was also very aware every time someone chose to walk up the stairs.
