I recently had a fantastic three-day stay at ibis Clichy Centre Mairie. While it’s a no-frills property and the 13 sqm room is on the smaller side, everything was impeccably maintained, with daily housekeeping keeping the space spotless.What truly made the experience stand out was the staff. Everyone was warm and welcoming, but Radi in particular deserves special mention. He greeted us each day with genuine warmth and infectious energy, made sure we felt completely at ease, and consistently served excellent coffee that became a highlight of our stay. As an Accor Gold member, I also appreciated the welcome drink, which was a nice touch. After a previous disappointing customer service experience with an online agent from Accor, this stay genuinely restored my confidence in the brand.. Ibis Clichy Centre Mairie is too good for the Accor brand, really.

- shower doesn’t drain, water leaks - door and paint are due for a replacement - the carpet is dirty and needs a replacement, i didn’t feel comfortable without slippers - decent size rooms for the price - housekeepers were nice, the lady was much more thorough than the man - safe area and street but not the “prettiest” area, I wouldn’t stay there again personally, even for the price - receptionists were nice - only booked this because it was cheap with a black friday deal, but would not stay here next time mainly due to location and condition of the basic things in the room (shower and carpet)
