The room was small but clean n bright with big window. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hot water was provided when I needed and my soya milk was kept in their fridge.

The staff were extremely nice and very welcoming. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was positive. However the room was very small and overpriced. There wasn't a great selection of food for breakfast either.

The hotel is very clean, the room was enough big for 3 days stay. One of the front desk employees (I saw him every morning between 02-04.05) was very kind and polite, the best attitude that we met in France during our 5 days stay!!! The trap in the bathroom didn’t work smooth and this disturbed our comfort.

Satisfactory, did not like the fact that the temperature of the water in the shower fluctuated a lot. Also a recycle bin in the bedroom would not hurt.

Nice & clean hotel with easy access to the Metro and nearby restaurants. Stayed for 8 days and Full Marks to the House keeping staff for keeping the rooms and everything clean. Friendly staff at the reception who spoke English - as had a hard time communicating with people in Paris due to our lack of knowledge of French language.

The male receiptionist is classic so nice and very humble I really wanted to get a photo of him as he reminded me of Basil Fawlty and I was waiting for Manuel to appear, it was classic, it is worth staying there just for that experience alone. Room a little small but very clean etc

Friendly & helpful staff. Small rooms. Varied breakfast (but only as good as Ibis Budget we previously stayed at) Uncleaned carpet on floor 5 (sick which appeared Friday night, outside lift, was still there when we left on Monday.

The people in reception were very friendly and helpful. Mine was a very short (1 day) stay so I am unable to describe more. I did not have food at the hotel so no comments there. But regarding the room, the room was very small and the bathroom was also very tiny. Closet did not have many shelves. the bed was quite comfortable and the TV was huge. A cozy room but could have been bigger. A bit too costly though when you compare the room size.

Problems with breakfast

I have already know that the room is small, so I cannot comply about that. I really enjoy the courtesy of reception desk, but in the Breakfast I have many problems. Almost everyday there is no one to replace the empty baskets. Missing bread, fruits, yogurts and so on.
