I was a little disappointed with my short stay at the hotel. I thought this was a child- friendly hotel, but to my surprise, my two year-old child was given a bed without a mattress. At first, I thought the hotel staff might have forgotten to put a mattress in the bed, but at the reception desk, I was told that they simply provide crib without mattress. I thought that was a shame. The breakfast was very good. Everything you need for breakfast was provided. The parking was also very good and secure.

The hotel is located just round the corner from the metro station directly into the centre of Paris, across the road is also the lovely little area of Mairie De Clichy with convenience shops and Boulangeries if you fancy. The hotel itself is clean and perfectly well presented. Issues: it’s very hot with inadequate air conditioning even in February! So had to keep the window open all night. Beds are not very comfortable. Is ok for a couple of nights max. Staff are all very friendly!

well, besides the fiscality related to the arrival time , everything has been ok. In other Ibis hotels in France they are not so fiscal especially with Accor's member ). I asked the assistant who VERY kindly told me that my cart it is for discount prices. I am a little bit disappointed the rules are rules...

For the price I would have expected a more complete breakfast, and a room with a water kettle, as I did have in the Ibis I stayed in Berlin this year. Personnel is in general friendly. One of the person in the reception requested my credit card and copy the numbers, and I was hesitant but she told me it was in case I damage something in the room. Still, I think they should not request to physically write down all the numbers of the card.
