the parking had very difficult ramp, some problems with the elevator, one bathroom towel and one pillow cover were stained, in the corridor of the 6th floor some water dripping from the fire prevention system. the position of the hotel is good, the breakfast was good.

No AC for entire stay. Had to take cold showers in middle of night to cool off to sleep. Reported it, man came up clicked from C to F and said it would be cold in five minutes. Unit never came on in five days. Room so small no room for luggage except under bed and no room to get off beds.. so sad of a stsy, miserable really for 3 in the room when I paid for a three person room.

On the positive side, the hotel is located near the metro and small markets. Due to a problem with the air conditioning in my room, I was very well taken care of by "Boby," who replaced it. Both rooms I stayed in were very small, and I believe they weren't cleaned daily; only the bed was made, and even the trash cans weren't emptied.

Unfortunately because of the heatwave, the air conditioning was not satisfactory. The air coming from the vent was warm and not powerful at all. Even if it wasn’t very cold, the air coming from the vent should be strong. The room felt stuffy and humid. The member of staff said that the only thing I could do was to open the window. But since it was warmer outside than inside, it didn’t make sense!

Hotel was good for the price, rooms are small but clean, good location, staff was welcoming and accepted a modification in my reservation due to an emergency even though it was a non changeable reservation. Special thanks to kahina at reception for all her help when agoda canceled my reservation with the hotel without telling me and refused to correct their mistake, also i want to thank charles, keryan, and houria for all their help.

Usually I had to wait 15 20 minutes in the hall after 12am and the previous time I had also to make the registration again after having done it on line on the previous day. This time I had not to wait at al and the gentleman at the desk told me that He had the data and zac! a signature the keys an up to the same room of the other times. Miracle!

I expected it to look budget, but not dirty. Unfortunately, my experience wasn’t nice and I had to find another hotel and leave next morning. The reception person was nice.

I was a little disappointed with my short stay at the hotel. I thought this was a child- friendly hotel, but to my surprise, my two year-old child was given a bed without a mattress. At first, I thought the hotel staff might have forgotten to put a mattress in the bed, but at the reception desk, I was told that they simply provide crib without mattress. I thought that was a shame. The breakfast was very good. Everything you need for breakfast was provided. The parking was also very good and secure.

The hotel is located just round the corner from the metro station directly into the centre of Paris, across the road is also the lovely little area of Mairie De Clichy with convenience shops and Boulangeries if you fancy. The hotel itself is clean and perfectly well presented. Issues: it’s very hot with inadequate air conditioning even in February! So had to keep the window open all night. Beds are not very comfortable. Is ok for a couple of nights max. Staff are all very friendly!

well, besides the fiscality related to the arrival time , everything has been ok. In other Ibis hotels in France they are not so fiscal especially with Accor's member ). I asked the assistant who VERY kindly told me that my cart it is for discount prices. I am a little bit disappointed the rules are rules...

For the price I would have expected a more complete breakfast, and a room with a water kettle, as I did have in the Ibis I stayed in Berlin this year. Personnel is in general friendly. One of the person in the reception requested my credit card and copy the numbers, and I was hesitant but she told me it was in case I damage something in the room. Still, I think they should not request to physically write down all the numbers of the card.
