We requested a baby crib with 3 months in advance for a 4 night stay. We never received the crib, they say it was broken, lost, couldn't find it. Manager should've solve this by day 1 or 2 in the worst case.

I made the reservation through ALL.com. During the reservation process, it was not mentioned that a deposit of 100 euros would be required upon check-in. However, at check-in, I was informed that a mandatory 100 euros would be taken from my credit card, and I was forced to pay this amount. The hotel views its customers as potential criminals. Despite checking out on May 26, the 100 euros were only refunded to my credit card on June 1. The staff are absolutely unhelpful and respond rudely to your questions. When I asked the front desk employee if it was possible to get a printout, I received a rude "No" as a response. I can understand if the hotel does not have printing facilities, but at the very least, they could have said, "We can't provide that service here, but you can get a printout elsewhere, and I can give you directions." Overall, the hotel's cleanliness is good. The room was cleaned daily. Additionally, due to the rude behavior of the front desk staff, despite having the option to stay at the hotel for one more day, I chose to go to another hotel for one night. Note: Since my flight was canceled, I needed to extend my stay by one day.

the reception at arrival asked me for a deposit of 100€ via the credit card. When I asked at departure they said that they should not charge or grant me back the money. I called 2 days later to the reception to get my money back, they asked me to send an email… no answer and no money back..
