On morning of 25 June at breakfast, I went down to the breakfast hall. The waiter put a half empty Nutella and it finished in two minutes at 8:25 and the breakfast is until 10 am and every family with kid asked for Nutella and the service boy answered that it finished and can not be put again that morning. Yes it can finish but in the beginning you just put there a half full jar of Nutella. This is unacceptable

Couldn't ask for more. Very clean, breakfast looked good (even though we didn't have it ourselves) and secure underground parking for our motorbikes. Metro round the corner goes straight to Champs Elysees. Would book again.

Close to centre and nice area with a few bars and restaurants. Room was clean and staff were friendly. Car park convenient and safe but very tight so challenging to negotiate with a big car.

I always make sure to read ALL the fine prints when making a reservation in order to avoid any surprise or unexpected charges. I was shocked when I saw that before my check-in the hotel placed a hold on 100EUR on my card. This was not informed on the reservation, on the confirmation not on the app either. I emailed them and was replied with an automatic message. To which they just ignored my following replies. That made my trip a lot more stressful than it needed to be as I did not previously accounted for this expense. The hotel is yet to refund or cancel the charges which should immediately be done on check out since we had no issues on an otherwise pleasant stay. If failed to do so, I will post a formal complaint and seek other measures to get my money back.
