In general, the location of the hotel and the suite we were in were fine. Customer service would need to be greatly improved. We had booked the suite for the period July 30-August 12, 2026 since January 2026. Prior to arriving, we checked online the status of our reservation and it was still shown as confirmed. We also sent an email on July 26 to make sure everything is ok. Since we got no reply, we called the local number of the Aparthotel Adagio Access Paris Clichy and somebody actually did confirm our reservation. When we arrived to the hotel on July 30 at 3:10 PM for check in, we were quite shocked to be told at the front desk that our reservation had been cancelled and that there was no suite/room left. The reason, they said, was that an email was apparently sent to us 10 days ago to ask for credit card information and they got no reply. I checked again M. inbox and we never received that email. However, I found out an email from Adagio was sent on the morning of July 30 (the same day as check in !)to inform us that our reservation has been canceled without detailing the reason. We explained our situation at the front desk, having got no such email for credit card information while getting all the confirmations that our booking was still valid. After 15 minutes of heated discussion, the person at the front desk finally agreed to give us our suite back. Up until today, we still have no clue of what exactly happened in this incident that almost ruined our vacation.

I think the halls need to be renovated - as a tourist in holidays is horrible to look at the elevator and doors being very old. The rooms were clean, but the bed was very uncomfortable. The sheets felt like paper.

Well located close to metro and bus stops. Rooms are good. But I did not like the idea of room service only beyond more than 7 nights stay. I stayed for 7 nights so it was a mess staying in the same bed sheet for 7 nights and no one to make up the room. Other than that, it was fine.

I thought the hotel and room were fine. However, the obvious lack of CCTV in the lobby areas outside of the lifts made me (a lone female) feel uncomfortable. Especially as anyone can walk in from the street if they have the door code - such as food delivery drivers. The lifts are behind the reception area, so once we leave the main corridor and enter another area to access the lift, there are no CCTV cameras on either side of the lifts (downstairs and at the room level) until you get to the main corridor where you enter the rooms. So, when you are waiting for the lift, there's no CCTV and no passing guests or staff.

The place is well located, with a good local bus service and near a metro. It is a shame the staff are so unhelpful, on the border of being rude and disrespectful. I was very aggrieved on check in to learn, no room service for 7 days, and that i could only have 2 towels and would need to pay for more. I had cold showers 2 days due to no hot water. Told one day it was a fault, their engineer said could not be fixed, then the next day it was my fault. I should run the water for 10-15 minutes before i needed the hot water.

The hotel was very average- the area was lovely and the bread shop over the road was great. Location wise we used uber to get into Paris centre at around 14€ each way but there were 6 of us so this was a better deal than getting the public transport. The staff at the hotel were not welcoming at all, I understand there is a language barrier but smiling is free. We also had a fire alarm go off at 12.30am one night, we went to reception with 2 terrified kids but there was one member of staff at reception who literally could not have cared less about the situation. There was no organisation or information given apart from him saying very non-chalontly “false alarm”. Then it went off again! The room was big and the kitchenette was a bonus but the room was tired and lacked comfort. Overall it was fine for the price but we wouldn’t stay again.

Whilst the facilities are - as advertised - basic, the studio was clean and sufficiently equipped for our needs. Close to transport links, and very quiet. Overall, having reviewed all options - hotels and AirBnbs for our visit the Adagio Access provided a more than acceptable option for a very good price, with 25% reduction when booked on an offer for members some time before our stay

My stay was great in Clichy. Loved the area. Franprix 3/4 mins away. 10 mins from Levallois & the supermarket E.Leclerc. Clichy market was on Sat & Sun 8-1pm 10 mins away. Kitchen was fully stocked with all you would need. Microwave had a grill but could not get it to work. Maybe the aparthotel could have a 'How to Use' for the microwave. I went down to ask twice but reception was busy. Went to the Moulin Rouge Caberet show as Pigalle is not far on the 54 bus. Went to Le Bouillon restaurant would recommend also. Would recommend Clichy, nice place to stay just outside Paris so not the paris price!?
