The hotel was very average- the area was lovely and the bread shop over the road was great. Location wise we used uber to get into Paris centre at around 14€ each way but there were 6 of us so this was a better deal than getting the public transport. The staff at the hotel were not welcoming at all, I understand there is a language barrier but smiling is free. We also had a fire alarm go off at 12.30am one night, we went to reception with 2 terrified kids but there was one member of staff at reception who literally could not have cared less about the situation. There was no organisation or information given apart from him saying very non-chalontly “false alarm”. Then it went off again! The room was big and the kitchenette was a bonus but the room was tired and lacked comfort. Overall it was fine for the price but we wouldn’t stay again.

Whilst the facilities are - as advertised - basic, the studio was clean and sufficiently equipped for our needs. Close to transport links, and very quiet. Overall, having reviewed all options - hotels and AirBnbs for our visit the Adagio Access provided a more than acceptable option for a very good price, with 25% reduction when booked on an offer for members some time before our stay

My stay was great in Clichy. Loved the area. Franprix 3/4 mins away. 10 mins from Levallois & the supermarket E.Leclerc. Clichy market was on Sat & Sun 8-1pm 10 mins away. Kitchen was fully stocked with all you would need. Microwave had a grill but could not get it to work. Maybe the aparthotel could have a 'How to Use' for the microwave. I went down to ask twice but reception was busy. Went to the Moulin Rouge Caberet show as Pigalle is not far on the 54 bus. Went to Le Bouillon restaurant would recommend also. Would recommend Clichy, nice place to stay just outside Paris so not the paris price!?

the overall experience was significantly affected by two major issues. First, the room heaters were not working at all, which is a serious concern, especially during winter. Despite calling the technician twice and clearly explaining that no warm air was coming from the vents, we were repeatedly told that the heater was “working” simply because the technician had checked it. The issue was never resolved. Second, the attitude of the reception staff was extremely disappointing. They were rude, dismissive, and spoke as if they were doing us a favour rather than providing a service we had paid for. There was a complete lack of basic hospitality, empathy, and accountability. In summary, while the hotel scores well on location and room size, it falls short in customer service and essential winter amenities. If you plan to stay here during winter, think twice—especially if heating and courteous service matter to you. Do not expect much in terms of hospitality from the reception staff.
