I stayed for 3 weeks, during that period only twice I had the room cleaned ( I know it is the policy but could be more) and even after the clean up the room kept an odd smell. The parking is way too expensive and no discount for more than a 10-day stay. I tried to request an extra sheet for my bed twice during the nights but I was told that it isn't available during nights. The breakfast can also be better, not a lot of variety, lot of times the juice was empty, fruits only once a week.

I had to ask several times for the studio to be cleaned, despite the fact that I paid the bill in full at the beginning of my stay. When I ordered a specific taxi to go to the airport, they did not take this into account. The gentleman at the reception was very unfriendly (I don't know his name) on the morning of 5/31/2024 because of this.

Family of 6, loyal Accor members. Would suggest worst hotel since 8 years of membership. Poor reception on arrival, male at counter couldn’t care less, was frustrated when I asked if the room was ready. Room wasn’t ready until after 3pm. Bathroom was mouldy, towels were thin and small. No toaster or kettle. Reverse A/c not working. There was mucus on wall in toilet. Positives felt safe, clean sheets, comfortable beds and blackout blinds.

After my stay ,I m unable to get my deposit back €50,Staff not able to speak in English, need to call back few times,ON EMAIL ADRESS WHICH I SEND X2 EMAILS NO ANSWER . From the arrival they wasn't able to see my booking needed to wait 40 minutes to sort it out.

This hotel is located in the best location. The Gentleman working at the recon Sunday 24th of March was very friendly and supportive. He helped me to order a taxi. That’s why, I will come back in future to this hotel. 🙏🙏🙏
