My stay was great in Clichy. Loved the area. Franprix 3/4 mins away. 10 mins from Levallois & the supermarket E.Leclerc. Clichy market was on Sat & Sun 8-1pm 10 mins away. Kitchen was fully stocked with all you would need. Microwave had a grill but could not get it to work. Maybe the aparthotel could have a 'How to Use' for the microwave. I went down to ask twice but reception was busy. Went to the Moulin Rouge Caberet show as Pigalle is not far on the 54 bus. Went to Le Bouillon restaurant would recommend also. Would recommend Clichy, nice place to stay just outside Paris so not the paris price!?

the overall experience was significantly affected by two major issues. First, the room heaters were not working at all, which is a serious concern, especially during winter. Despite calling the technician twice and clearly explaining that no warm air was coming from the vents, we were repeatedly told that the heater was “working” simply because the technician had checked it. The issue was never resolved. Second, the attitude of the reception staff was extremely disappointing. They were rude, dismissive, and spoke as if they were doing us a favour rather than providing a service we had paid for. There was a complete lack of basic hospitality, empathy, and accountability. In summary, while the hotel scores well on location and room size, it falls short in customer service and essential winter amenities. If you plan to stay here during winter, think twice—especially if heating and courteous service matter to you. Do not expect much in terms of hospitality from the reception staff.

My parents recently stayed at Adagio Access Clichy, and unfortunately their experience was extremely negative due to the behavior of one of the receptionists. I want to stress that this review is not based solely on their account. I was personally on the phone with them at the exact moment of the incident, and I could clearly hear the receptionist’s rude, dismissive, and unprofessional tone. What is even more concerning is that, after reading other reviews, it is evident that this issue has been reported repeatedly by many different guests. The same complaints about disrespectful reception staff appear over and over again, suggesting a systemic problem rather than a one-time mistake. As this property belongs to the Accor Group, this level of service is frankly unacceptable. Basic courtesy, professionalism, and respect toward guests should be the bare minimum in any hospitality establishment. I would strongly advise management to take these complaints seriously and invest in proper staff training. Until then, I would not recommend this property to travelers who expect to be treated with basic respect.

It was really cold in the room , max 20 degree , it was impossible to increase the temperature , and the hotel is really dirty .

great location and very affordable but both instances where we approached the front desk staff we seemed to be bothering them. Our room was freezing and we advised them we could not get the heat on. They said they would adjust from their end but the temperature never changed. When we initially sat down for breakfast we were initially on the list then we weren’t and we had to pay for breakfast which was fine but all during breakfast she came back repeatedly to tell us we had to pay which we told her we would when we checked out since she could not take payment at the table and we had already started eating. We stayed here two nights as our other hotel Secrets de paris did not have accommodations for these dates. I would highly recommend for a family vacation this location for it’s affordability but for our anniversary trip it put a damper on our experience
