Aparthotel Adagio access Paris Clichy 3 stars

Great big room. Clean and nice people at the reception. Breakfast could be better - no cerial, not easy to boil eggs, - overall not so good breakfast. Great parking in the basement

for the second time in 2 visit, this hotel allowed itself to reserve more times the deposit on your account. result is that even after your stay, when everything is paid, you still have some money "blocked" on your account, without reason, and this take weeks to be undone!!! Even 8 contacts with personal and 2 emails were not enough to correct their mistake. Avoid this location!

It is very nice and good, stayed in studio and had all the necessary things. the kitchen platform is little cramped, but manageable. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. There was NO hot water on Sunday 22nd Sep, the same was acknowledged by reception desk and was fixed next day on Monday.

Welcoming reception, easy check in. Good sized room, very comfortable bed. Would like a normal kettle or Nespresso machine rather than a coffee filter machine. Be useful to have microwave main instructions on a laminated card. Very good location for me, supermarket round corner and plenty of food options in the area.

Overall it was ok kind of hotel weekly cleaning seems to be not good atleast 2 times a week should be good. Apartment was not maintained properly we have to call reception and tell about drainage issue, flush issue and hot water issue. There 4-5 times fake alram which creates trouble of everytime we have rush down through stairs.

I had a booking with you which I cancelled, so you have my email address. After that you have been sending me other people's booking confirmations and check-in emails for the past few weeks, including their names and information. I tried to reach you out but it didn't work. That was a lot of information for me to handle so I blocked you from my email. I would like to remind you now to clear your mail registration list and follow the GDPR for personal information protection. Your customers would not be happy if they knew their booking informations with their name have been sent for someone who has never been in France. It is unsafe for them. Please rectify that. Thank you.

on the first day I received a room with a broken air condition . and after I insist and had argument with the guy on the reception with the intention of involving managers he agreed to give me another room with 2 twin beds instead of one double bed but I accepted it (because everything was working fine in this room) and stayed there for 8 nights. I would say much more maintenance need to be done in the rooms . carpets in the hallway need to be either replaced or clean

Hotel itself was basic and suited our needs When we checked in, we found a rucksack in the rooms we reported it to reception who removed it. Later that evening someone tried to access our room and turns out we was given someone else’s room.

Room 1 had no airconditioning. Moved to room 2 and had a faulty shower rose. Staff very good bit your standard of room is terrible. You obviously dont train your very important room cleaners well.

I spent in this hotel 11 nights with family . I was extremely tremly disappointed. People at the reception who work during the day were unfriendly, unhelpful, inflexible. Even though I am a silver member eith Accor Hitels group I was not allowed to get in the apartment before 3 pm on our arrival day. We waited from 12 to 3 pm at the reception hall. At the check out, after several attempts, we were given just an hour. In 11 days we experienced 3 false alarms with 2 at 11 pm. Will never stay again in this hotel

not far from metro station,there are many shop around this hotel include restaurant , super market and bakery. front desk staff are friendly and speak English,I stay well and I hope stay next visit Paris. Thank you.

The unit does not have AC throughout. It is only available in the main common area. The door locks were broken on some doors and internet access only worked in one room.

Clean room. Adequate to helpful front desk. Everything was reliable.

The bed was pretty alright and it was pretty spacious for two people on a budget. It would have been nice to add housecleaning for free but it was down even without it.

It was an average experience for a 2 weeks stay. Breakfast is average with limited options and some efforts to improve this will help customers staying for longer duration. House keeping / room service is at once in 8 days and for a period of 2 weeks stay you get only one room service. You can think of may be offering 2 complimentary house keeping service There was a fire alarm that broke out on one of the night. Staff were not equipped to handle the situation immediately and gave no information to the residents. All of us were stranded on road with no further information until Fire department arrived and gave us some instructions. Please deploy additional staff at night and train them to handle fire situation (including quick evacuation) as there were many elder citizens who were struggling for help.
