- Good: Location near bus lines, restaurants, pharmacy and supermarkets - Friendly staff in reception and house keeping, polite and helpful- The snacks offered (crepes and hot chocolate) make nice and generous gesture- Well furnished apart- room - Bad: The coffee machine is old style American coffee, I find capsule machine easier and more convenient to espresso lovers, at least give the option to the client to choose - The housekeeping is done every 7 nights or I should pay extra just to get clean drapes and towels, this is very bad and not hygienic, the least acceptable is twice a week, I asked to get clean drapes and I would make the room myself but I was told I had to pay extra for that which I found not acceptable

With the exception that the back bedroom heat did not work and was not fixed during our stay, the apartment, location, and value were all excellent for our holiday trip to Paris.
