great location and very affordable but both instances where we approached the front desk staff we seemed to be bothering them. Our room was freezing and we advised them we could not get the heat on. They said they would adjust from their end but the temperature never changed. When we initially sat down for breakfast we were initially on the list then we weren’t and we had to pay for breakfast which was fine but all during breakfast she came back repeatedly to tell us we had to pay which we told her we would when we checked out since she could not take payment at the table and we had already started eating. We stayed here two nights as our other hotel Secrets de paris did not have accommodations for these dates. I would highly recommend for a family vacation this location for it’s affordability but for our anniversary trip it put a damper on our experience

Our stay at Adagio Paris Clichy was, without exaggeration, the worst hotel experience we have ever had. We arrived in the evening with our baby, and the room was freezing cold. The heating was locked by the hotel, making it impossible to adjust. Despite booking for two adults and a child and requesting a baby cot in advance, nothing had been prepared. On arrival, the reception staff showed a complete lack of professionalism. After long discussions, they brought a baby cot—but asked us to carry it to the room and assemble it ourselves. They also refused to provide a baby blanket or duvet, claiming there were none available, without offering any alternative. The attitude was unfriendly, dismissive, and unhelpful. The next morning, the situation worsened. The receptionist was rude and refused to give us an extra duvet for our baby, citing inconsistent “safety” reasons. He even claimed our child “was not admissible,” despite our reservation clearly stating two adults and one child. When we showed proof, he refused to acknowledge any mistake and simply handed us a generic complaint card. It took nearly an hour of tense discussion before another staff member finally agreed to provide a duvet. The issues were not just about the cold room, but the shocking behaviour and lack of basic service from the reception staff. Their dismissive and unprofessional attitude made our stay extremely stressful. I strongly advise avoiding this hotel, especially in colder months. Staff urgently need proper training in hospitality, customer service, and basic courtesy.
