Good. Few improvements: Priority should be given to hotel stays for the restaurant. No body cream in spa due to theft!!! Maybe fix to the wall - disappointing Cat wandering round in bar area and sitting on seats leaving hairs - I hate cats!!!

Good time, room upgrade was nice Service was ok, but not always great (slow at the bar, Diamond status not always recognised )

We were traveling with kids, as the hotel advertises as family friendly. I believe it would be better to advertise as Adults Only. Or train staff that kids can be a bit less formal then they wpuld expect. The difference with McGallery Strasbourg was enormous, never we felt really welcome in Colmar. While Strasbourg was like a dream for our family.
