Regarding your experience at the restaurant, we are sorry to hear about the issues you encountered, especially during such a special stay. However, we would like to clarify that the restaurant, which holds two Michelin stars, is operated by a company independent of our hotel. Dear Mr S., Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. We would like to clarify the circumstances regarding the room occupancy. Your reservation was made for 2 adults, in a room designed to accommodate 2 adults and up to 2 children. You arrived with 3 adults, and unfortunately, this room configuration does not allow us to accommodate 3 adults. Although the Penthouse offers a generous amount of space, the occupancy of the room is not determined solely by its size. The sleeping arrangements and maximum occupancy are defined according to the number and age of the guests. As soon as we became aware of the situation, we proposed an additional room for the third adult as a solution, so that all three guests could be accommodated comfortably and in accordance with our occupancy requirements. We understand that this was not the solution you had anticipated, and we regret that you were disappointed by the situation. However, we also have a responsibility to respect the occupancy conditions of our rooms and cannot make an exception based solely on the available living space. Thank you again for your feedback.
