This was a one night stay passing through Colmar enroute to Italy, having stayed at L’Esquisse Hotel and Colmar i now confidently say Colmar is not a place to just pass through and the L’Esquisse Hotel experience means a longer stay is essential, the hotel is beautifully located and appointed, the bedrooms are stunning and the bar and restaurant exquisite but most of all it’s the staff .. they are all top class, from the valet parking, front of house and guest services without fail .. simply outstanding .. excellent ambassadors for the hotel and the All Accor group .. special mention to Hugo who greeted us on arrival and took excellent care of us including recommendations where to visit and where to eat and made is a reservation as well as ensuring we were comfortable at the hotel .. so polite and so professional, and Cecilia on our check out was simply lovely .. and the two valet parking attendants, took great care of my classic cat and my luggage … keep doing what you do Team L’Esquisse because you do it so well..
