The picture on the accor website showed clear view of whole of Eiffel tower from the room but it was not like that. Only top half of Eiffel Tower was visible from the our room/Balcony. We were charged high for Eiffel Tower view room, I don't expect this from Accor Group.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The room is off good size, the bed comfortable, the bathroom clean, the breakfast tasty. It is very well placed to visit central Paris in a lovely area.

The staff were terrible. I usually stay in Mercure hotels when travelling though France and find them great. This was not the case here. The staff failed to provide to organise and early breakfast but still charged us. They then double charged my credit card when. I checked out. Really, a terrible experience.
