The location is not good, but for the price that my company paid it was OK. The problem was the state of room - it was very small, no heating in the bathroom, and the water holes in the shower (aimed to save water) were exaggeratedly small and the shower was annoying. It was very very very basic. Then the doors required pulling in order to open even when I had the key, causing me to go up and down - just fix them, it's not that complicated.

Amenities at the bare minimum under pretext of protecting the planet: no bottle of water, very old towel (even got one with a bloodstain), no slippers. Only one lift for a seven story hotel, it is packed during peak hours. No room service. Limited breakfast options, same thing every day

Nice but not great. I had chosen this mercure for the reviews qnd the quality mercure. Room was fine, quiet and confortable. Large sofa bed but curvy in the middle. Nice view on the Eiffel Tower. Breakfast was ok but i was used to better. Pastries were not good, small room.

The allocated room had a strong sewage/drainage smell in the bathrooms, there were no other rooms available. The receptionist tried to clean the drain however the smell came back strongly. This issue would have been known before I was allocated the room.
