I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this hotel. Due to unforeseen visa issues, I was unable to travel on my originally booked dates. I reached out to the hotel, explaining my situation and kindly requested to change my reservation dates. Unfortunately, I was met with a shockingly unhelpful and uncompassionate response. Unlike two other hotels I had booked with, which immediately agreed to adjust my dates with no hassle, this hotel outright refused to accommodate me in any way. Their refusal felt not only dismissive but inhumane, as they showed no understanding of the circumstances. I expected a hotel that values its guests to show at least a modicum of flexibility, especially in situations beyond a traveler’s control. This experience has left me with a very negative impression of their policies and customer service attitude. I would advise other travelers to consider other options—especially those that prioritize kindness and understanding.

A room for the familly

not so easy to find a room for us 4, a familly with 2 big 17 years old sons. This hotel room was fine, enough space, confortable beddings, even the sofa bed was large and had a good mattress, and on top of that a nice view on Paris roofs and Eiffel tower.

Nice cozy hotel

Hotel is located in a nice neighborhood, pretty safe and not far from metro station (around 5 min walk). There are some restaurants around in case guests are hungry. Hotel is decorated nicely, room size is a bit tight no space to put down the baggage and leave it there. Breakfast is enough to satisfy everyone though choices are limited. Staff are nice and friendly.

The hotel feels cheap, nowhere near 4 stars: low ceilings, room doors made of painted MDF, thin walls with no soundproofing, rooms themselves really small - it is hard to move around, mould in the bathroom. At breakfast, we waited 15 minutes as the coffee machine didn’t work and there was no service personnel around; we had to go to the reception and ask for someone to empty the ground coffee tray. Add to that a safety deposit higher than the final bill, and you get a picture: a hotel that does not like you, does not trust you and wants to cut costs at your expense.
