Staff at the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful, couldn't have asked for better service. The room was a little small but warm and comfortable in the winter, with a great view of the city.

the only thing I like in the room is the comfy bed. no kettle, no small towels, no welcome water. For the same rate those missing items are available in other hotel. Breakfast is not bad.
