Small hotel with small, but functional and adequate rooms. No room service, but an excellent restaurant next door and plenty within walking distance. About 500m from a subway station

When it comes to placement and service - fantastic! I couldn’t have asked for anything more. A near perfect view of the Eiffel Tower from the staircase, the local cafes/restaurants, and the convenience of the railway/metro/taxi stations at Gare Montparnasse - splendid. However, there was a super slow drain in the shower in my room and my companions had rooms that stayed extremely warm (with one room that had a balcony that contained a door that would not close).
