The hotel over collected more than EUR60 during my check in on 10 March. I have reached out and has submitted documents as requested. However, I have not heard from the hotel team since their last email on 24 March, despite sending chasers. I hope someone can look into this soonest. Thank you.

I chose this hotel because it was close to train station Montparnasse. The room was clean and quite large by Paris standards. The breakfast buffet was quite good with the choice of hot and cold dishes. My only complaint was the group of young drunks who decided to sing at 3 am in the morning, waking me up from a deep sleep! Otherwise the hotel was quite comfortable and central to everything in Paris.

A good experience overall, but the pillows are awful. Really awful. We asked if firmer pillows were available, and were told that you only do the really soft ones. Hard to get a decent night's sleep with marshmallow wrapped around your face.

The "twin" beds were the most narrow bed I've ever slept in. I slept in 3 other twin beds on my trip in France, all were much wider. I've slept in many cruise ship beds, all were wider. Also the bed was on a platform and had a non-fitted mattress topper so the 3 parts of the bed did not stay together and had to be adjusted multiple times during the night. Sleep is the most important part of a hotel stay so this ruined it for me. That's a shame because everything else about the hotel were great: breakfast, noise insulation, blackout curtain, location.
