The room was comfortable with plenty of room for suitcases. The bathroom also had good space a shower with good pressure. The breakfast was also very good. Staff Mathilde and Daro at reception were exceptionally helpful and friendly.

We were put in a disabled room which was great for space. However, no kettle, no safe, and the room was painted dark with a dark carpet which made it very drab.

We were just in Paris for a night and a day. The hotel was just what we needed. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. Great shower with products available. The air con was a delight given the heat. The lounge area was welcoming and comfortable to sit in with available cool water to drink. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. It was great to be able to leave our luggage while we explored and before taking our Eurostar home. We would definitely return if needing a stay in Paris again.

Generally its all good. Just one thing that makes us so difficult, its all the sockets placed upside-down and hidden in bed shelf which was not very user friendly. And BTW, there was no bin for general waste as well. We need to use a plastic bag for general waste by ourselves. But overall, its location is great. Air Conditioning is perfect.

We had a super experience at the Ibis Montparnasse Catalogne. The check-in was so pleasant. We were helped by Milena and we very much appreciated her friendliness, helpfulness, knowledgability, and the way she answered our questions that worked for us. Her English is excellent, which made communication so much easier. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, and the showers perfect. We were very happy we didn't have to make use of the airconditioning because we could open the window. We definitely plan to stay in this hotel we come to Paris and will recommend it to our friends and acquaintances.

Great hotel with parking in central Paris. The staff were so attentive especially Ariane and Milena who provided us with all the information we needed to get around the city, and allowed us space to eat our meal after a long day!

The hotel was easy to access from CDG and the AC was good considering the super hot temps outside. However, the quality of the hotel was not good. The lobby was dirty, and the room was what I would imagine a Norwegian prison cell to be like. Very basic: uncomfortable mattress, poor lighting, weird decor, dirty carpet, and the shower had no door so water went all over the bathroom floor (despite my best efforts to prevent that from happening).
