We love the location, very close to the train station Gare Montparnasse and lots of great shopping. We were comfortable and it was a very clean place. The service was pleasant and the reception staff was willing to with translation and support when our flight was cancelled. The breakfast was good and very easy to fuel up before a day of exploring and shopping through Paris.

Close to train station, metro station, supermarkets and shopping mall. Quiet. Clean. Climate control good in room. Breakfast ok. Only drawback is Wi-Fi signal stength was just average.
