The new facility was excellent But it must be improved for the attitude of staff. All the people was awakened in 2am because of emergency bell and went outside of hotel. No explanation was delivered for the accident why and how??ff I didn’t get sleep enough and asked the reason in the morning. She said that she told to everyone…

The room was clean and comfortable, serving basic needs, the bathroom was spacious and towels were changed every day upon request. Breakfast could have been better, as the scrambled eggs were missing daily due to a problem (?) in the kitchen, the bacon was soft and greasy instead of crispy and the boiled eggs system was not working as everyone was taking others’ eggs. Some products (croissants, madeleines etc) were also gone fast.

The hotel is like a boutique hotel with limited human resources for service. It is clean but the room not really well decorated. It simply serves the purpose for one night to sleep.
