Arrival day, they inform me that the keycard system is not working and that I would have to ask someone everytime I would enter my room. The corridors and bathroom are very dark, one way to hide the stains. The room was really warm, yet the window was not opening and the AC control was defective. The sink was barely emptying itself, and the shower door joints were falling off. I was also quite unlucky to get twice a dirty tray, for a quite minimalistic breakfast. That plus the tables that have not been cleaned beside me for over 30 min at 7am, long before the breakfast peak hour.

From the moment we entered, we were treated like friends. The check-in process was quick and we went straight up to our room. The rooms are a good size, clean and everything (including the shower) works. The Wifi connection is excellent. As Paris is expensive, we chose to have breakfast in the hotel - great choice of food, and good value for €14.

Polite, efficient and helpful staff. Ease of check in and storage of bags (until 12 for free) Rooms are basic but comfortable and clean. Children’s hard etc in lobby and free fresh water. Aircon good
