Very uncomfortable stay. I had to request a room change because of a terrible smell and thick black hair on the toothbrush cups, which was quite unpleasant. The room could also really benefit from having a water kettle for tea or coffee — a basic amenity you’d expect even in a simple 1-star hotel. It was especially disappointing considering I paid €130 for one night.

The location and breakfast were great. My shower was very moldy and leaked terribly, and based on this I would not take the chance of staying again.

I want to highlight that the entire staff, especially Leo and Harvey, were fantastic. They attended to our requests quickly and were always ready to help with any questions. The hotel was very flexible, accommodating us for breakfast at the last minute. The breakfast hours are also excellent; we were able to enjoy an early meal one day and a late breakfast the next without any issues. The location is ideal, with easy access to the Metro, bus, and tram. There are also several restaurants and a supermarket within a five-minute walk. Additionally, having both USB and USB-C charging ports near all the beds was a great touch, as it meant we didn’t need to use power adapters. Our only minor challenges were that the room did not include tea or coffee-making facilities, and the bathroom could have been a bit better maintained.
