The room is unclean

I'm not first time booking using ibis. But this time is special. I check in at sun set time. The room window is wide opened. A lot flyies in the room and no option to change room. Even the staff tried to help to clean the room after complain. I still can see the insect flying in next few nights. I can admit this is a roomy room but the cleanest is surprising bad.
