The hotel is very clean and neat. Located close to a metro station. The service is very good.. for breakfast the hotel have big variety. Although slightly less in vegetarian u will get potato’s, bread, croissants and egg. Hotel staff is very courteous and helps in every way possible. Our room was the room with Effiel tower view. U can see the upper half of the effiel tower. If u go to the bar on the top floor u can have a better view.

For a 6 days stay, the hotel having known air-conditioner was broken, should have informed the guests prior to check-in and offered alternative choices. If not, atleast at check-in. After 2 days of A/C not working, Hotel team informs about the issues. It made sleep at night hard for few days. Room not having milk/cream along with coffee maker was a big bummer. The cafe barista at the hotel smoking and not washing hands prior to making coffee reflects the training hotel offers its employees. The good part of the stay with their employees like Geoffrey, Marvin, who were very sweet and helped everytime they could.
