(+) Location; easy check-in; comfortable bed; freshly baked croissants; there are a lot of restaurants nearby. (-) Only 1 out of 3 elevators were working so there was always a crowd at the elevator area, and when we used the stairs to go down to the breakfast restaurant, it led us outside of the hotel. Breakfast was like a ZOO. Not enough tables for the amount of hotel guests. One kid sneezed on the spoon of the strawberry confiture and put it back in the pot. Coffee machine was blocked by a pillar. Fried eggs were cooked sparingly. Not a lot of vegetarian options. Not enough space in the restaurant. AC in the whole hotel was horrible; even when we put it on 18C, it was still HOT in the room. The shower room was so small that 2 people couldn’t fit in it and the door would always hit the sink area. The bathroom sink has a horrible design; you would have to crouch down into the sink if you want to wash your face. The shower made an annoying loud sound when the hot water was turned on. There was no refillable water bottle in the room; they claim to be “plastic free” but then they don’t provide a refillable water bottle in the room, so what do you think guests will do? Of course they will buy bottled water to bring to the room. 🙄 This hotel is not deserving of 4-stars and the price-to-quality ratio is definitely not equal.
