Only one lift from 3 was working. The queue for lifts was terrible. Could not walk between floors as it said emergency only on stairs. The shower temperature went hot and cold. The breakfast hit selection was cold. No upgrade was given.

Our technical teams and external contractors are actively working to restore normal operations as quickly as possible. We understand that this situation may have resulted in longer waiting times and appreciate your patience. We also regret the inconsistencies you experienced with the shower temperature, as well as your comments regarding the breakfast buffet. Regarding your comment about an upgrade, please note that you had reserved one of our Suite categories, which is the highest room category available at the hotel. Stay was amazing and thanks for the free upgrade. Only issue was aircon can not producing much cold, since it was 35 degree, it was so hot inside the room

I stayed two night. First 1 lift was out of order, then 2, causing very long wait times for the single lift. I asked about stairs but the desk staff were always busy with other customers. I asked for an extra pillow, as I had indigestion and was told there were no spares. Not great.

Beds hydronic system was not good , and in night there was no one to address that, just one person at reception.
