Really bad feeling during stay in this Novotel. Temperature in Paris is around 6-12 degree Celsius. It is nightmare in every night we have bathing. The temperature of water is not easy to control to a suitable temperature. When you think you adjust to a good temperature, it change suddenly to very cold or very hot. It vary between 1x to 4x degree Celsius in every minute. I complaint this situation in the front desk at the first morning but it didn't improved. My family booked 3 rooms at the same floor. All of them are the same.

Dear Thorsten S., Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your stay with us. We are sorry to read that the bathroom had an unpleasant smell upon your arrival. Please note that our reception team is available 24 hours a day, and we would have been more than happy to intervene immediately to resolve the situation had we been informed during your stay. Regarding the room temperature, as we are currently in mid-season, the air conditioning system is not yet activated as outdoor temperatures are usually still quite cool. During your stay, however, we experienced exceptionally warm weather, followed by a significant drop of nearly 10 degrees between yesterday and today. Our stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful and left us with only positive impressions. The hotel is located in a quiet and peaceful area, so there is no disturbance from street noise at all. The rooms are very comfortable and cozy, with everything you might need for a pleasant stay. We especially appreciated the cleanliness, the peaceful atmosphere, and the quality toiletries provided. We would also like to highlight the reception staff — they are very friendly, welcoming, and make you feel comfortable from the very first moment. They are always ready to help with anything you may need. A nice bonus was the complimentary minibar, as well as a coffee machine with capsules and tea available in the room. All our requests made during the booking were taken into account, which we truly appreciated. The area is excellent — quiet and calm, yet very convenient. There are metro and bus stops nearby, as well as many shops and cafes. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

It was a comfortable stay. The hotel is in a good location. The breakfast was good, enough options to choose what to eat. It is an ok hotel to go with children. Linen, fresh and clean. But still the rooms do not look like a 4* hotel. A bit dark, probably because of the black used on the walls and the carpet which has a dark color. Being carpet it is even harder to clean properly. Unfortunately there is a lack of attention to detail in the rooms both in the bathroom and in general.
