The breakfast was absolutely awful. The orange juice was spoiled half the time. How is it that you guys don't have matching spoons? It's a hotel. Maybe it's time to buy new set of spoons rather than every table having a differently shaped spoon.

Some fruit that would actually go with the yogurt. The oranges and pineapple and grapefruit ain't it. After staying at another novotel for 2 months in 2023 this was was absolutely terrible compared to the other one. I would maybe give the hotel 2 stars compared to the other hotels.
The cleaning service was terrible as well. I spilled something on my table. I specifically moved everything off the table so that the cleaning lady can wipe it. I came back and the spill was still on the table. For the stuff under the shower to be replaced I needed to ask like 7 times.

My stay was horrible for many reasons including the overall cleaning service of the hotel as well as the food and the other services provided. I stayed over 2 months at the hotel and not once was the table in my room dusted or my room properly cleaned. I accidentally dropped an eyeshadow on the moquette and that small stain remained for the entirety of the two months on the floor and was never once cleaned. I noticed that the cleaning service only includes bed changes and towel changes. I had to personally clean the drains of the shower because it was never done (and the shower ended up flooding at times because of it) which was the last thing you can imagine a client would want to do at what is allegedly a ‘four star’ hotel especially on an extensive hectic business trip. Not to mention that I have found the cutlery of the restaurant dirty at multiple times and plates as well. I had reported this many times to the staff whom I am sure are trying their best but its simply not acceptable. Finding egg and jam stains on piles of plates or on the forks and knifes that were set on the table is simply incomprehensible. If I was not obliged at times to eat there I would simply have not and every time I would be met with a surprise thats even worse than the time before.
The breakfast selection is also disastrous. The pancakes and crepes are clearly packaged one and are not fresh, the fruits tasted horribly, the coffee was horrible as well. The highlight of that breakfast was the croissants and pain au chocolat which actually tasted fresh but aside from that everything else was a disaster. The hotel being next to a chantier did not help at all as well I know that some things are out of the hotel’s control but it just added to the overall horrible experience that it was. Waking up to the sound of drills and a dusty room that has never been cleaned properly followed by a breakfast fiasco was just too much.
I have never in my life written a report this long and I truly do not wish harm upon any of the staff but it was so horrible that I simply could not pass on the opportunity of communicating it, I will also make sure to communicate it to my company (EWC) in the upcoming days so they are aware of the situation they put me and many of the other staff in because it simply does not match the caliber of the event and the experience I am sure they wanted their staff to have.

I arrived earlier and requested to store my luggage. When i get it back, the hotel employee brought me the luggage room and asked me to find my own luggage. I checked the room but it was not in the luggage storage. The luggage room has enough space when i look for my luggage however my luggage was not there. After that the hotel employee opened the toilet and there was my luggage alone. Just one. My luggage.

We had such a brilliant time at Novotel. The staff were lovely, the room was spotless, and the whole stay felt completely effortless. But the rooftop bar was something else entirely—sipping a drink in the evening with that direct view of the Eiffel Tower was pure magic. I’d come back in a heartbeat!

The experience was good overall but I did say about how the USB ports didn't work in our room and there was no offer to move rooms or fix the problem. The sealant around the bath was also in need of a renew and the sink had a weird yellow stain in the bowl. The cleanliness was good but the bathroom could definitely do with a better clean.
Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice but lots of ants around the floors.

From the minute myself and mum walked in we was created by the lovely lady behind the desk. The hotel itself was lovely, the breakfast was good. The room was lovely and the rooftop bar was amazing. View of the Eiffel Tower and we sat there and watched it sparkle. The staff were lovely and friendly. There is also a coffee shop is for the hotel so while we were waiting for our taxi we sat in there and had a coffee. Would definitely go back.

The reception staff was awful and I would say somewhat racist to people of colour. I tried to remain calm as I was staying there the next few days, however the lady who checked us is, was awful and rude, the coloured guy was pleasant and always helpful. Would not stay here again or recommend. Why is the toilet and bathroom separate!

We are sorry that the daytime food and beverage options did not fully meet your expectations. We would, however, like to clarify that coffee is available in our guest rooms, and our hotel also has a Coffee Shop, which is normally open during the day. It was exceptionally closed for two days due to maintenance work but remained available during the rest of your stay.
During this temporary closure, our team remained available to assist guests, including should they wish to have a coffee during the day.
Our restaurant is indeed not open continuously throughout the day. In addition, our Rooftop Bar welcomes guests every day from 5:00 p.m. to midnight.
We regret if these different options were not communicated clearly enough during your stay and will take your feedback into consideration to improve the information provided to our guests.

I am providing this feedback because when I booked my hotel online, I was not informed or advised that I would need to bring any legal documentation confirming that I was permitted to travel and stay at the hotel with my son.
However, when I arrived at the hotel and checked in, I was asked to provide such documentation. Fortunately, I had the required documents with me, and I was eventually allowed to check in. Nevertheless, I found this process concerning and inconvenient, as this requirement had not been communicated to me during the booking process.
I also do not believe it was appropriate for the hotel to request documentation related to my ability to travel with my son after we had already gone through the necessary security and travel procedures at the airport. Any travel-related documentation should have been verified by the appropriate authorities at the airport, rather than unexpectedly being requested by the hotel upon arrival.
While I appreciate that the hotel ultimately allowed us to check in, I was dissatisfied with the lack of communication regarding this requirement and the way the situation was handled. I believe guests should be clearly informed in advance about any such documentation requirements so they can be properly prepared before arriving.

We would nevertheless like to clarify that the requirements regarding guests travelling with minors are specified in our Terms and Conditions of Sale, available during the booking process. These conditions state that minors staying at the hotel must be accompanied by an adult and must have their own identification document. They also provide that additional documentation may be requested when necessary.
These checks form part of our procedures regarding the protection of minors. Our teams are trained through Accor's WATCH programme to remain vigilant and ensure the safety and protection of children staying in our hotel.
These hotel procedures are independent from the immigration and security checks carried out by the relevant authorities at the airport.
We do, however, regret that the reason for the request was not explained more clearly by our team at the time. Your feedback has therefore been shared with our reception team to ensure that these procedures are applied with both vigilance and appropriate communication.
