As a retired Sheraton General Manager I have a few comments: Front Desk is Excellent. We enjoyed Joaquin, Jeffrey and all FD are very happy, helpful, patient, professional and knowledgeable associates. We thank them. Breakfast associates were great in our first breakfast (10 th of March). Before they close the buffet, they went table by table informing guests that buffet will be closing. After that morning they never informed anyone but just cleared the buffet even some guests were trying to get a few items from the buffet. At 9:30 sharp there was no milk at the both coffee machines, associates were told by the guests but they didn’t attempt to satisfy the guest whatsoever. They might be overwhelmed (there was a group) to prepare the room for lunch. The hotel room design was most unusual, having WC and bathroom separately, not having a hand wash sink in the WC was most unusual and unhygienic. WC door and Bathroom door hitting each other. Shower is super slippery when wet, no grab bar, a perfectly place for slip and fall. With my comments I only tried to help. Over all we enjoyed our stay of 6 nights. Great location, nice clean hotel.

For a family of four, it was a very cramped room. The bathroom and toilet walls were splashed with something, have no idea what it was. It wasn’t the cleanest hotel for a four star hotel. The breakfast was a disaster. The limited staff meant that the tables were dirty and the buffet ran out of food that was not replenished at regular intervals. My kids left hungry, it was very disappointing. For the price we paid, it wasn’t a great experience at all.
