We were mostly satisfied with our 9 night stay, but a few aspects were disappointing. The room was spacious, clean, and generally comfortable. Unfortunately, it was very cold in the room at certain times of the day and we had no control over this. The fridge in the room did not work. We notified reception of this three times, on the first two occasions the very nice young man apologised and ensured us it would be repaired, on the third occasion the older man on reception questioned why we needed a a working fridge. The fridge was never repaired. Most of the staff were usually pleasant and helpful. The food in the foyer bar was not the best. The breakfast was reasonable with a good variety.

Bad location, poor room quality and noise

1. Inconvenient Location: The hotel's location is highly inconvenient. It's situated far from the nearest metro and train stations, as well as taxi stops, making commuting difficult. This was particularly troublesome due to the bad weather, as we had to either walk 10 minutes to the nearest station or wait for a taxi. 2. Poor Room Quality: The room did not meet the standards expected for a Novotel. Issues included outdated furniture, inadequate cleanliness, and malfunctioning amenities like the pass-key, which I had to reset every day. This was especially annoying in the evening. Additionally, the poor sound insulation meant we were disturbed by outdoor noise at night and could barely sleep. Overall, the room's condition was disappointing and not worth the price I paid. In conclusion, this was a bad experience, and I will not return to this hotel.

I had a 2 night stay and chose this hotel for the affordable price as well as the secure underground parking garage that is a part of the hotel building. I just took the lift to the lobby from the garage and then another elevator to the hotel floors. I appreciated that the hotel had the option of breakfast as well as a restaurant for dinner, which was also well priced and had very good pizza. There was also a bar for an evening drink. The reception staff were helpful and spoke excellent english.
