The woman at the front desk was efficient and checked us in promptly...We were driving an oversized van and she helped with parking. The room was just right. We had arrived late after a long day of traand ordered room service..which was just what we needed. Breakfast was fabulous...service was great and the attitude with all who work there was pleasant and exceptionally friendly and helpful

Dear management of Novatel Centre Montparnasse, We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your hotel Nov 23-Nov 26. We could not have had a better experience. We have with our children, staying in the executive room. Your staff, all of them were friendly: front desk, night crew, housekeeping, restaurant, and even security were all so good and friendly. A standout was Karima. We had an issue with our flight delay and needed an extra night stay, a clogged Toilet overnight, and reserving Taxi for us. She was accommodating, kind and efficient, even when it was extremely busy. My husband and I appreciate her so much. My whole family enjoyed your breakfast Buffett, it’s really good. This is our 4th time in Paris. This is our favorite hotel thus far. We wanted to thank all of your staff, and especially Karima, for making for making it wonderful and memorable. We would love to stay here again the next time we are back in Paris. Yours, T. T.

Good location, but room was in need of some attention. Disappointed we didn’t get offered a complementary drink on arrival as we do in the uk for being a silver member.

Hotel is located conveniently for business purposes, hotel rooms are good but service and breakfast is really poor. Waited 10 min before anyone arrives at reception to check in with no apologies and extremely poor English language skills. Breakfast atmosphere has improves but as always: no tables cleaned, messy & dirty breakfast offering with no cups for coffee of fruit juice.

Upon arrival at this Hotel, the high rises may give the wrong impression, but actually the location is fantastic! A lovely short walk to the métro ( callled PASTEUR) and just 10-15mins later you can be in the centre of Paris ( Metro station -Eiffel Tower, Bir Hakeim!). 1.90euro each way for adults /children over 12. You are also in walking distance of the Montparnasse Tower from which you have access to the most breathtaking 360 dégrée views ( evening is best , as the Eiffel Tower is lit when the sun goes down. The cleaning, réception and breakfast staff were lovely and friendly, my expérience with a certain female bar attendant ( shoulder length brown hair) was not! After ordering drinks at the bar and being told that she would bring them right over to me, I take a seat. After more than 10-15mins I decide to enquire as to whether she had forgotten. First mistake: Speaking to a guest with a head gest, rather than " Can I help you " I believe you may have forgotten my drinks? I enquire " No, I served them to you " she responds beligerently "I'm sorry, but I have not received them" "Oh yes, yes, yes, yes you have" she continues, just until she sees her colleague serving my drinks to 2 gentleman sitting at a table. She then appears to scold him. The fact that her colleague made a mistake was not the problem, we are human, this can happen. Did this female employee skip customer service training? A more appropriate way to treat a guest would have been something like the following. " I am sorry for the inconvenience madame, let me find out what has happened to your drinks" At no point did she apologise but instead just ignored a guest and walker away. Not only is the behaviour really bad customer service, but very impolite towards any guest! Le personnel de nettoyage, de la réception et de petit-déjeuner était adorable et sympathique. Mon expérience avec une certaine employée du bar (femme cheveux mi-longs bruns) n’était pas! Après avoir commandé des boissons au bar et après m'avoir me dit qu'elle les apporterait directement , je m'assieds. Après plus de 10-15 minutes, je décide de demander poliment si elle a oublié ma commande. Première erreur: parler à un invité avec un geste de la tête plutôt que "puis-je vous aider" Je crois que vous avez peut-être oublié mes boissons? Je me renseigne "Non, je vous les ai servies", répond-elle avec insouciance "Je suis désolée, mais je ne les ai pas reçues" "Oh oui, oui, oui, oui vous avez", continue-t-elle, jusqu'à ce qu'elle voit son collègue servir mes boissons à deux hommes assis à une table. Elle semble alors le gronder. Le fait que sa collègue ait commis une erreur n’était pas le problème, nous sommes humains, cela peut arriver. Cette employée a-t-elle sauté la formation au service à la clientèle? Une façon plus appropriée de traiter un invité aurait été la suivante. "Je suis désolée pour le désagrément madame, je vais voir ce qui est arrivé à vos boissons" À aucun moment, elle ne s'excusa mais au lieu de cela, elle ignora une cliente et part sans me rien dire. Non seulement ses compétences de service clientèle semblaient être inexistantes, mais c'est également très impoli envers tout clientèle! The breakfast room is nice and cosy, the bedroom was spacious, and carpark availability was good. Thank you
