Stay was comfortable, staff was super nice. Challenge was non availability of english breakfast / black tea in the room and also breakfast choice especially for vegetarian options was limited

Positives: - Location - Good polite service at check-in and check-out. Informative when asked questions. - Gave connecting rooms on request. Negatives: - The hotel description clearly says it has "Air Conditioning". Day 1 - the room turns into a furnace as it is 26-27 C temperature outside. When I asked why the room is not cooling, I was told that the air conditioning has been turned off at the hotel - "Sir, we just turned off the heating yesterday and the airconditioning has not been turned on yet". So saving money at the expense of guests. Later I found out that this hotel as an issue with air cooling mentioned in many other reviews - so my bad for choosing it. - Hotel rooms have an old feel to them in need of an upgrade unlike the pictures that are shown when the place was probably brand new. Charging plugs on only one side of the bed. The plugs are old and coming out of their sockets when pulling the wires. The doors for the closet, the safe, the mini bar are stuck because the wood has expanded over time and have to be pulled hard to open and close. - We booked 2 rooms - One of the rooms had a sink where the drain was blocked for our entire stay. One room had a paint smell

We stayed for two nights, on a business trip that extended into a personal break. The hotel's location suits us (I visit Paris on business twice every year), and the standards are generally very high. My only criticism was that, at breakfast, the hot food had to be taken onto cold plates. There should have been a stack of hot plates.
