I made an error with my booking on the first night and the lady on the desk was extremely helpful and understanding. She helped us out and made the stay much more comfortable. Unfortunately we never got her name, but it was on the evening of the 02/01/2026

Doesn’t meet ibis brand expectations. Expensive yet doesn’t include breakfast. Rooms are very basic - table and chair very poor, no kettle. Bathroom towel has a hair in it. No hot water in shower on second morning. Staff were helpful and friendly which counteracts very poor stay.
