Doesn’t meet ibis brand expectations. Expensive yet doesn’t include breakfast. Rooms are very basic - table and chair very poor, no kettle. Bathroom towel has a hair in it. No hot water in shower on second morning. Staff were helpful and friendly which counteracts very poor stay.

Things started badly on arrival. The door is locked and you have to ring a bell to enter. 15 minutes of ringing as well as calling the hotel on the phone with no answer and finally another guest happened to leave so I was able to enter. The staff member on duty was just sitting in the lobby chatting with a group of people, so clearly had ignored me trying to get in. Room was tiny and smelled badly. Only a single thin pillow was provided. The one good thing was the breakfast which was basic but well prepared. The breakfast attendant (lady with great hair) was delightful and very welcoming.

Very small room next to elevators. No proper front desk
