Worst Ibis I ever stayed

This Ibis is way below the average quality that I am familiar on the Ibis hotel chain. I booked room for 3 x nights through a major company I work with, other 3 x colleagues booked the same hotel thanks to me. As a return of gratitude I got in the first night the worst room of the hotel - in the end of a corridor at ground floor with a carpet smelling badly, very small room with little more space than the bed. I did not used the room at all and asked the receptionist in charge on that night (arrived by 22:00 on Oct 7th) to give me another room - I knew there were better rooms as I saw the room of a colleague. He replied that no rooms were available and that I could change room only on the day after, which I ended to make with the great help of the morning receptionist. At that morning (9:00) she showed me two alternative rooms that were clean and ready to enter, which means the night receptionist lied to me big time on the night before, as these rooms were for sure already available and ready by 22:00 of the night before (there's no room cleaning during the night). I will be very cautious in the future to book any hotel from the Ibis chain.

I have paid almost 900 E for 4 nights, the minimum you can ask for, is a proper table and a chair to work in the room. Also, a way to manage the cooling of the room, and a clean carpet. None of those 3 points were acceptable.
