Good location, small rooms but manageable, weak AC, can't open windows, mold in room and bathrooms, broken desk finishes and fixtures.

Upon check-in as a premium member I was offered a free breakfast, which I got charged for and the restaurant staff came over 3 times and asked me for payment, upon check out I was being asked the name of the staff who checked me in and was told that I have to wait until they call and check with her as obviously they implied I was lying and claimed that she did not leave a note about it in the system and obviously that is my problem. The telephone did not work in the room and I asked 4 times at the reception for it to be replaced and it never did. The shower drainage as blocked so water was being stuck all over the bathtub every time we wanted to shower. Overall, the experience was terrible and I will never stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay in Paris. Such a beautiful city. However the hotel was very dated. The reception was welcoming. However the rooms were old fashioned dark wood. Terrible air conditioning that was very noisy. I would definitely return to Paris. Just not this hotel.

On arrival we were informed that the AC was out of action in all rooms and that we could cancel if we wanted to. It clearly was part of a planned upgrade so this should have been communicated before we arrived as once in Paris it was not going to be possible to find alternative accommodation for a large number of rooms. When it came to check in there was confusion over the number of rooms that were booked and the hotel issued keys that were for pre-booked rooms, rooms which smelt like smoke and rooms which had no power. After an hour of back and forth with reception we eventually ended up with enough rooms. We were told all rooms would have a fan to then have to chase a number of times to get this. On check-in a holding deposit for the total booking was taken on a single card. On our second night we returned to the hotel after work to find our keys had all been cancelled as we had "not paid" (even though they already had more than our room values held on a credit card), this was due to a mistake by the hotel on the number of rooms. After an extremely rude approach from the reception staff the manager came to sort the problem and were a room had been incorrectly cancelled by the hotel they had then re-added a new room at a higher rate than what it had been booked. After another 2 hours in reception, and another late arrival to a business dinner for the second night in a row due to the hotel, the manager finally sorted the issue. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.
