Late at night, I rang the bell to ask for the parking gate to be opened so I could park my car, but there was no response. I therefore went to the reception desk where the receptionist asked whether the parking had been paid. I explained that during check-in, her colleagues had informed me that the parking would be settled at check-out. However, the receptionist responded in a very unfriendly and insolent tone, saying that she would not open the parking unless I paid immediately. As a result, I had to go back outside to my car to retrieve my credit card and return again to the reception to make the payment, waiting in the cold. What disappointed me was not the payment itself, but the lack of professionalism, courtesy, and basic hospitality in the way the situation was handled. I hope this feedback helps improve the quality of service for future guests.

I requested the lowest floor possible for my room, due to difficulties to go on high floors and in lifts. I was given one on the 2nd floor. The morning of our 2nd day, the keycard didn't work and I was in the lift. This was fixed immediately, then the next day, hours before our Check-out the keycard didn't work again. I would suggest to do something to fix keycards to ensure they work at all times. The lady at the reception was very kind, she offered me to use the stairs.

I order 2x Family room, that consisted of 2 rooms for each Family room. In total supposedly 4 rooms. One room just available after cleaning up at 19.30 PM! Not really level of service for Platinum member of Accor.
