We have stayed at Mecure in Nijmegen before and the staff and property were always high end to all the visitors As for this hotel I would not recommend it to anyone

Staff were so helpful and saved me even though I had messed up my booking. I chose this hotel initially because it was close to the TGV station.

We should have stayed at the Pullman. The website photos of the Mercure made it look more sleek and updated, which it decidedly is not. The flooring is old and dirty, the hallways are dingy and the rooms are very dated, very tired, very small. The AC never really got the room cool at night. The staff was helpful, but the breakfast buffet is full of processed foods no one should be eating. Other family members stayed at the Pullman, across the street and it was clean, crisp, updated and much nicer. The website photos of the Mercure are borderline fraudulent. I do not recommend.
