Overall we were satisfied with the cleanliness of our room though the odour of the bedlinen bothered us. We aren't certain if the bedlinen was sprayed with textile refresher or it was from the laundry detergent. We haven't experienced this kind of bedlinen odour in other hotels before and we are seasoned travellers if we may say so. We also find the bath towels too large for the size of the bathroom! It's really in our opinion unnecessary to have such large bath towels. We can't dry ourselves without the towel touching the floor, door and wall which is such an unpleasant experience after a shower. The towels too have a slight odour to it. We selected this hotel for its location as we were on our way to the Eurotunnel and of course for the return sector, it was convenient to use the same hotel. We did not include the breakfast as the price of €20 pP is not justified. We can hardly eat that much worth of food for breakfast, that is really too much for a hotel outside of a large city. Furthermore it is simply breakfast buffet and not "a la carte". If we would use your hotel again when we travel with the Eurotunnel? Yes, likely.

See view rooms are over exaggerated. One can have a little view from the very corner of the balcony and that we dont call seeview. No provision to do hot water in the rooms, i was told that its a luxurious facility only available in high class rooms. very below average breakfast.

We had a spacious room with balcony. The bed was comfortable. Very nice receptionist. Parking was quite expensive €20 per night, but the adjacent public car park was free until 10am. Visiting in December we were very cold in the night, the heating was difficult to operate. Quite a drive away from the motorway.
