Mercure Hotel Oostende is a very Good Hotel with friendly staff!! The hotel is situated very Central, near the shopping area, the Beach and Boulevard of Oostende and the Casino. The rooms are nice and we have had a great room with a balcony on the roof on the 9th floor with a great view! The room was very clean! The room was included with a queen bed, a bathroom with shower and a LCD tv. The breakfast was very good with a lot of choice! We have had a great stay in your hotel and hope to stay in your hotel soon again!

The staff are very welcoming and helpful. Great location, only a short walk to the beach and the centre of Ostend. Clean hotel, decent breakfast with decent bar area. The bedrooms were as expected in an economy hotel, nothing fancy but clean. My only complaint, as a well built 1.88 metre (6ft 2ins) tall man, is that the single beds are too small (width and length). However, that didn't overshadow a perfectly pleasant two night stay at the Mercure Oostende.

Good location. Easy to reach with public transportation. Few minutes walking distance from Kursaal. Room on the small size but clean. Good, extensive breakfast buffet. Possibility to eat something in the evening (bistro style)

Very small room with window on escape way, I have asked on upgrade, but got nothing. One day room was not even cleaned. Welcome gifts I got only after reminder, etc. Normally I stay during Business trips in the Hotels, but this time it was a Family trip booked on Accor Points. After that expirience I want Change my Preference Hotel chain. Thanks and good luck.

As usual, I thoroughly had great satisfaction by staying at the hotel. Rooms are very good. It is a pity that commercial programmes are not available on the tv, but I do appreciate the difficulty. use of the internet is of good value to me, as I can keep up with happenings at home.

In general everything was right. Some points that the hotel can improve: The housekeeping service and the preparation to receive the guests. We had a reservation mentioned two persons and at the arrival the room was prepared only for one person. No hangers in the room, when we request for an extra cup and the hangers we where told to get them by yourself at the reception. The bath products where only for one and no replacement for the rest of the stay, but instead they change the towels that we didn't request so! Please check again the standards for planet 21 ;) Well a big positive point for the breakfast, big product choice and really good quality, it was really the good impression for our stay. I will come back for sure but there are still some improvements to make for a 4 stars hotel. Small note for reception, please make the client feel welcome and unique in a heartist way!

Hotel is centrally located, clean and has great breakfast. It was clear that during breakfast hours it was a little bit understaffed but the staff overall ensured great service not only during breakfast but at the reception as well. The elevator is an issue for the number of guests hotel can accommodate and the soundproofing of rooms could be improved. However, the highlight for me was the politeness of staff and their professional attitude.

We found the room airless due to not being able to open the window.Bar well run and lots of choice of beer but cognac choice poor due to low stock. Reception very helpful,but could not let us stay for 24 hours in the parking had to leave by 11 am on check out poor value as we arrived at 4 pm the previous day 21 euros.

Overall good, we stayed earlier this year. However the preparation of the room was lacking. The complimentary water bottle was half empty on arrival, there was no soap in the bathroom, no tissues in the tissue box and there was no stirrer for the hot drinks. All this was pointed out to reception on our departure, we managed because we came with these items.
