Very friendly and helpful receptionist, the room was clean and tidy. I didn't have much sleep quality because of the pillows on the bed, it was uncomfortable to sleep on. (there is also a lot of noise trough the door and the walls but didn't interfere with sleep)

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was comfortable and everyone at the hotel was super nice! Welcome chocolates were a super nice touch. I would prefer if bathroom was a bit larger since I bumped against various handles and fixtures multiple times as I went about my business.

This is a 'good' hotel. I liked the breakfast room and provisions. Excellent. But, the room itself was very sparse. It did not feel warm and inviting. It was just a place to sleep.

Very nice experience. The whole process from booking (directly via Mercure website), to check-in and check-out was smooth and hassle free. The staff were professional, welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and nicely decorated, I really liked the way in which local art was featured and appreciated the complimentary water (still and sparkling). Would definitely stay again!
