I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. Rest assured, the cause of the fire alarm was checked. We have procedures to be followed and, thankfully, we always get a direct message of where the alarm precisely is set off. In most cases this is in one of the apartments next door to us, where the smoke detectors seem to pick up every culinary adventure of their guests. But again mr A., please accept our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience this has caused you. We do hope to get a chance to give you a better stay in the future.
