Dear Madam, dear Sir, We did not stay at the end and left after 10 minutes. Hotel was absolutely a disaster. Entrance could not be find. We had to cross a dirty corridor to find the entrance. We were extremely surprised that the entrance in glass was very dirty from inside and outside. We were given a room at the 4th floor which was not made. The bed was used and the comforter was on the ground. Same thing for the toilet - was not clean. After going again to the reception we were given a room at the 5th floor which was cold like a fridge and with view on an open construction site. After that we went again to the receptionist which was not friendly at all and left the hotel. She refused to reimburse us, When asked to see the manager she said he was not there. This is most disgusting hotel I have seen in my whole life. And I am traveling a lot for my work. I demand to be reimbursed as soon as possible and I will never visit again an Accor hotel Stavros P.

The hotel was very clean. Friendly staff and well-appointed room. The negative point is the location of the hotel. The room faced a busy traffic road (early in the morning). But the hotel remains close to the centre of Zeebrugge and close to many streets and free parking.

First off, appreciate clean facilities and friendly staff. Construction site was at time disturbing. Ventilation is not working properly, neither is fresh water supply (mostly shower) Biggest dissapointment is gym, which had no equipment for weight training. This will cause our company to book different hotels in the future.
