Dear Edwin A., Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience at the ibis Styles Zeebrugge. I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. Rest assured, the cause of the fire alarm was checked. We have procedures to be followed and, thankfully, we always get a direct message of where the alarm precisely is set off. In most cases this is in one of the apartments next door to us, where the smoke detectors seem to pick up every culinary adventure of their guests. But again mr A., please accept our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience this has caused you. We do hope to get a chance to give you a better stay in the future. We are extremely sorry that your stay was not as expected. We appreciate you sharing this with us as we wish all guests a perfect stay. We are sure every guest gets a well replenished and rich breakfast buffet from 6.30am to 10.30am and will certainly share your comment internally.
