No reception after 6pm. Had to check in at the Mercure. No towels in the bathroom so impossible to dry after a shower. Had to use my dirty clothes to dry a little. Bloodstains on the bed cover.

The room especially the bed was extremely stinky.

Disappointing booking experience

We were looking for a dog friendly place to break the road journey with the dogs from Berlin to England. The website did not have an option to book a dog so had to Email the hotel to find out the price after booking but got a friendly reply with an explanation so that was ok. The car broke down so we had to cancel the journey and the hotel instead of offering a voucher for the time when we actually travel simply ignored the circumstances and took the money for the unused room- disappointing.
