No hairdryer attached to the wall which is a basic requirement everywhere on the planet (wondering how you get classified as hotel then) You feel on your own you see no staff except the housekeeper that woke me by insisting knocking 3 times on my door are 10 am. What was the rush, really ? Towels are quite small, 1 big one is necessary for the shower. Window was not easy to open or lock. If hotel is not full, why do you assign room on the back view on railway instead of church ?

Basic hotel but great location right next to train station for easy access to Brugge (11 mins). Pillow was the thinnest I've ever had in a hotel, even folded in half it wasn't thick enough for a decent sleep. Otherwise room clean, no frills but everything we needed for 1 night.

There is no reception in the hotel, so you have to go to the Mercure hotel next door. But also there, there is no permanent person at the reception. We arrived after 8PM and had to wait outside around 10 minutes before someone showed up because the person was working somewhere else. Also for checkout in the morning, we had to wait for 5 minutes before someone showed up. It would be nice if the hotel could offer a discount at the nearby parking.
