Stayed for one night. Great location and comfortable. Only issue was payment took on check in and then invoiced after the weekend however this was resolved within the day when contacting customer service who were friendly and efficient

The hotel and staff were very pleasant. The downside for me was the hotel’s location. Whilst it was helpful to be very close to the station, I didn’t feel 100% comfortable reaching the hotel from the station. The immediate vicinity felt slightly threatening, and access up outside steps and/or a broken escalator with a suitcase was challenging. I have no issue with the hotel itself- just its location and actually reaching it.

We paid for a triple room but only received a double and the beds or the most uncomfortable beds I have stayed in.

I like the room and hotel. A small but mostly adequate room. A good location for train station. About 15 minutes walk to the town centre. TV remote control was useless. And the sink! How on earth are we meant to wash and shave without a plug to fill the bowl. What a waste of water

Near to Bruges Train Station. However, the escalator to the platform across the bridge was out of service at my stay period.

Pros - Excellent sleep, room very clean, no train noise at all, car park convenient and cheap Cons - no hair dryer in room, very limited for clothes (4 hangers?), no drawers, only 2 hooks.

From from mould growing on the floors, to a shower door that had to be held by the other person in the room from the other side, and a toilet toilet door that gave you repetitive strain injury from having to keep it open. This is hands down one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The pillow stank, I daren’t get under the duvet. Both of us ended up with bites from the room. Even the reception area is dodgy. To get something from the vending machine you have to ask reception who will then go and un padlock the vending machine and manually get you the item you want. If you dare open the windows, you won’t sleep because of the trains Honestly, this was a hovel

The hotel is as the name suggest, budget. But that's fine - you get what you expect. Area felt safe, simple walk across the main ring road into the old town. The public car park is height restricted which caused us an issue but for most, that won't be a problem.
