This was a great location to explore Bruges. The hotel was very clean and although the facilities in room are minimal, the shower was good and it was good value.

Good reception staff, terrible room, tiny pillows, air conditioning that does nothing, can't open the windows so too hot even in April, shower that leaks into the bedroom because the door won't shut. Awful experience

Due to the steam caused by heating food in the room, the alarm went off and we were treated as if we were smoking. As a result, I was charged a €150 fine. However, neither I nor my spouse smoke. Moreover, we have a child with us, and we would never put our child at such risk. If the video recordings are reviewed, it will be clear that the receptionist behaved harshly, insisting on immediate payment either in cash or by card, and did not listen to our explanation that we did not smoke. This situation made us very uncomfortable. I am definitely not satisfied. Additionally, I had to park my car in another hotel’s parking lot and paid a fee for it. I was told that the parking fee would not be reimbursed. However, the parking ticket provided did not work, and the parking fee was also charged to my credit card. For all these reasons, I am filing a complaint and requesting a full refund of all charges.

Difficult to find the entrance as it is located on level 1, over the parking. Rooms were on the cells size. Other than that, use it only if you need to sleep somewhere. For the price little value for money.
