MostafaNL Families - TripAdvisor review

I booked 2 rooms, a family room x privilege room. The hotel doesn’t respect what's on the Accor website concerning the amenities. The family room has no coffee machine and you get water only on the first night. Privilege room as “ junior suite” the higher room category you get water and the minibar only on the first night as well. The location of the hotel is perfect and close to other cities , the Parking is outside the hotel you pay it apart. Unlike other Mercure hotels this the worst i have seen so far, the service was not that good. You can just smile and say Hello, on the checkout you can just say goodbye and till the next time. Poor communication. I personally don’t recommend this hotel with such poor service. But you can still book a classic room.

In the room the curtain was broken and there were not enough towels, glasses or cups for our party. Which was a family room. It was as if the room had not been checked or set up properly. The hotel was extremely noisy - there were other guests from the neighbouring hotel making a lot of noise into the early hours. As such we had a very bad night before setting off for our journey home. The breakfast was ok, but the hot food was unpleasant. Definitely not 4 star and definitely very overpriced.

Lovely stay - great room, nice breakfast. Very welcoming staff, especially on day shift. Only thing - some smoking at roof top pool. Hard for staff to address but perhaps come and check sometimes.
