Good rooms and location.. no facilities for evening meals. We booked in on the 1st December, it was 3 deg and I was asked if I asked for the room heating to be switched on !!!! I had to be moved to another toom. Again, we had issues with room heating. The receptionist told me she had reset the heating to my room. The room temperature was in the region of 15deg. Around 04.00 in the morning, I heard the room fan ramp up and heating coming on. We had to switch off the heating at 05.00 as we were getting 25 degrees, and the room was overheating .. to be asked if I had asked for the heating to be switched on when it's 3deg outside is ridiculous It's really poor experience from a hotel claiming to be a 4-star hotel...

EXCELLENT LOCATION RIGHT NEXT TO RAILWAY STAION AT END OF PLATFORM AND ACROSS STREET FROM MAIN PEDESTRIAN PRECINCT. ROOM WAS COMFORTABLE WITH A GOOD SHOWER IN BATHROOM. STAFF ALL VERY PLEASANT AND HELPFUL.

Hotel is directly next to train platforms however was not issue for us since we had early wake ups. No trains occurred at night. The hotel room was perfect for our family, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was perfect and service was great. We recommend

The location and hotel infrastructure are excellent. The room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. However, there are a couple of areas for improvement. The breakfast experience could be enhanced—on one occasion, we arrived at 9:30, and there were no eggs or bacon left, with only a few items remaining. Additionally, the English TV channels were not working, which was inconvenient for guests who do not speak French or Dutch. In today’s world, having a smart TV would also be a great addition to the room amenities.
