The hotel itself was fine but the staff could have been a lot more attentive. It could have been because we were English but when we arrived, they gave us very little attention and eye contact they was far too busy laughing and joking between them shelves. Not very professional when we were 3 paying guests

It was a last minute booking and we weren’t disappointed. The room was clean (bar the shelf above the bed, which was dusty!), beds comfortable (I have a muscle and nerve disease and did not have pain) and check-in was quick and friendly. The only thing we missed was some muesli for breakfast. Overall a lovely stay!

The staff in the hotel was always very helpful and kind. Mainly, I would like to give positive feedback to Nasreen, who always provided a very good service with a smile on her face. My stay felt like I was at home, the atmosphere was very warm. I stayed with my dog, and the pet friendliness of the hotel amazed me. I will definitely consider Ibis hotels for my next stays with my dog.

the hotel is very uncomfortable and not clean. I had to ask to change rooms at my checkin because the bathroom in the first room I was assigned to was DIRTY. then when I got a new room, the bathroom was clean, but there where lost of hairs on the bed. terrible experience, I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel is basic but we knew what to expect and this was not an issue. Overall cleanliness could be improved however as this is the only thing that should not be compromised on in these Covid times.
