I had a great stay at the Ibis Budget Brugge Jabbeke. The staff provided excellent and friendly service, the breakfast was of very good quality, and the rooms were clean and well maintained. A very good experience overall!

The rooms feel like a nice 1 person cell. Sterile gone too far. Just missing the stainles steel toilets and it would've been perfect. Showers are nice though

Not a family hotel. Booked online for 2 adults 2 kids. Expected me to get 2 rooms. I had a 6 month old so not going to get 2 rooms, so I requested a cot, Thinking that the cot was extra person to make room to 4 people. On arrival they told me room was booked for 1 adult and 2 children. And that we had to buy another room which wasn't happening as we didn't have the money to do that. Breakfast was included but then had to pay for my 7 year old breakfast on top of the price I had paid. But on booking.com this wasn't mentioned. He only ate a few things so wasn't worth paying for. Cost 10 euro to park car and we have an EV and the charging port was knocked down. Won't be staying again. We managed for 1 night but it wasn't the best of nights.

When we arrived, we were accused of not booking for a family of five and only a family for when I approved by email that we had we said it’s not a problem. We been given a tiny disgusting room that wasn’t suitable for a family of five.
