We absolutely loved our 7-night stay at this hotel. The property is modern, new and very well maintained, with comfortable rooms and a really convenient location. It is close to the motorway, making it an excellent base for exploring the area, while Rennes city centre is only a short drive away (10 minutes by car). The breakfast was a real highlight of our stay. It is included in the price and offers a great variety of high-quality options. We particularly loved the fresh orange juice, as well as the drinking-water dispenser in the hall available 24 hour. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with the hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, modern and convenient place to stay while visiting Rennes and the surrounding area. If we had to mention a couple of minor drawbacks, an additional lift would have been appreciated, especially during busy periods (in the morning). However, this seems to be more of a design limitation than something related to the management. We also felt that the room could benefit from a little more storage space, particularly some furniture for placing luggage and a few wall-mounted coat hooks. Despite these minor points, we had an excellent experience and would happily stay here again.

Clean room, comfortable bed, good shower pressure. Room giving on the garden side is quiet and pleasant. The only slight drawback is breakfast: too much of bread and sweet stuff, to my taste, but they have boiled eggs and cheese so that's ok.

The hotel is not close to the center, but public transport is vey good and that wasn't a problem. The staff was very nice and helpful, the room simple but nice and quiet, breakfast was also very good.

We appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the space of the rooms and baths. The employees were great, both reception and breakfast team, one can't expect more. A special mention for the cleaning team, good job! AC worked perfectly. The beds are very comfortable. Free parking with enough spaces outside is a great plus. For a 10+ experience, this hotel needs three small improvements: better pillows, a small refrigerator and a kettle with some coffee and tea in the room.

Amazing rooms we had two adjoining bedrooms for two adults and three children. Rooms were spacious and beds were extremely comfortable. One room had a bath and the other a large shower. Very quiet area in Rennes France. In the morning we had a lovely breakfast that started at 7am and the choice was huge and with local touches. If I’m ever in the area again I will definitely be staying again.
