A strong smell of sewage throughout the corridors. No door lock. Dirty floor in bedroom. Noisy outside my room window until 4am. I arrived before 23.30 but it took a long time to get a member of staff to help who were not very helpful.

The key code did not work - as I was alone, there was no security for my belongings in the room if I wanted to take a shower. There was noise and conversation in the corridor outside my room until after midnight. The window was broken and I couldn’t close it. The shower only lasted for about 4 seconds before it needed to be started again The worst was that the room was completely full of mosquitoes - I killed about 20 but they were everywhere and I was badly bitten - it was a hot night and I had to sleep without a sheet/duvet. I have stayed at F1 hotels many times, but this was by far the worst experience.

Locks keypads on doors didn’t work. Toilet/showers dirty which is not acceptable when having to share with other guests. We also stayed at a different F1 hotel in Avranches which was fine. This renne F1 is a dump. Do not book!

Awful, the room / hotel was nothing like the pictures which show the hotel has been refurbished but that was not the case, our room was awful, the smoke alarm was covered with foam so it was obvious that people have previously smoked in there. We were on the floor 2 and two showers and one toilet were out of order, the toilet that was working was disgusting. We tried to see if there were any other rooms but the hotel was fully booked. We were charged more, than my booking confirmation, albeit only €2 but that's not the point. Breakfast was pretty shabby, no toaster and not really worth the money.
