We will not stay in this hotel again and could not recommend it. From our arrival to departure it was potentially one of the worst hotels we have stayed in. The pool is tiny ie max occupants 6 people, tiny and very awkward carpark, rude staff, hotel restaurant was not open, €17 per night for the car park, jacuzzi did not have any water in May ! Rennes is a nice city but choose a different hotel !!

We enjoyed our stay at the Novotel. It was just a few minute walk from the train station. The room was clean and bright and the staff was very nice.

Jasmine was really kind, helpful, and the main reason for my high score for this hotel. The room was clean and the breakfast was really good and rich. On the negative side, I would say that the pool and the hammam were not cleaned regularly and properly. The bed of the room is advertised to be king size, but in reality, it is queen size. Last but not least the parking of the hotel is always full. BE AWARE that when you approach the parking and ring the doorbell to get inside, most probably you will be told that there is no space available. Make yourself a favor and check both open and underground spaces. You will be surprised to find out that there are free spaces. I had to raise my voice and demand intensely to be let in since the parking is first come, first serve, and no reservation is possible.

All arrangements, changing rooms are well organized. Only small points during my check-out, the 'trainee' lady (i assume) was not so well versed about sending the e-facture to my email address as other hotels are used to it. She printed and gave to me a hard-copy invoice. But, all good and I prefer Accor - Novotel, Sofitel, Mercure, Adagio as usual.
