I am a Diamond member and rarely comment especially negatively about my stay, this one was terrible and lead to black list this hotel for me and my company. Room was not clean, smelly and very noisy. When asked for a change, I was hung up on two times. When reaching a manager I was talked to in a very rude manner... And eventually could not get another room, not even proposed an option for later days. After a couple of nights I eventually moved to Balthazar hotel instead of extending my stay further. A shame and things need to be fixed in this hotel. Terrible honestly and a very bad representation of what accor can do

We stayed for 3 nights after a business trip in Paris, in order to visit Dinan, Saint Malo and Mont St. Michel. I booked a classic room - we didn't like the first room (a weird duplex, two-level one on the first floor), so we got one on the third floor. Pro tip - ask for a room facing inner courtyard, it is much quieter than the ones facing the street. We didn't use the SPA or had breakfast, so no opinion on those. As a whole, I expected more - this Novotel seems to be one of the more basic ones, nothing thrilling about the rooms, beside being spacious. But for around 100E per night, you get what you pay for.
