Uncomfortable chairs around a small table. Very small, uncomfortable bathroom and shower stall. We've stayed at other Adagios before. This one does not measure up. Staff was friendly and helpful, however, and the breakfast was good.

Horrible ventilation, barely usable kitchen, and at 3500€/month we were expected to take out our own trash from the comically tiny in-room bins. Also the overhead light flickered (after they replaced the lightbulb it persisted, so it was a problem with the fixture). Employees were all right though.

Very basic 2 bed studio apartment with kitchenette and separate bathroom. The bed was comfortable and it was very quiet during our stay. Didn’t use the breakfast service/room but it looked okay

This is a well located Aparthotel with good parking. It is very useful to stop the night in Rennes while travelling elsewhere, however you do get what you pay for the kitchen is minimal and the corridors and bathrooms a little tired. I would stay again but would not use this hotel for a long stay as I would in other adagios I’ve stayed in.

The property is located close to city center (5 min walking to Place Sainte-Anne). Walking distance to Rennes Train Station is 20 min. From Place Sainte-Anne you also have access to Rennes Metro (2 different metro lines to Rennes Train Station). The room is well equipped in case you want to prepare a breakfast, kitchen utensils, etc.
