J’avais une chambre avec Baignoire et je mesure 1 m 90 pas pratique que pour la douche

Monsieur V., Merci d’avoir partagé votre retour suite à votre séjour. Nous sommes désolés que certains aspects de votre expérience n’aient pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes. Nos chambres sont entretenues avec soin, mais nous comprenons que certains éléments puissent sembler datés selon les préférences de chacun. Concernant la salle de bain, n’hésitez pas à nous faire part de vos préférences lors de la réservation ou à votre arrivée : nous disposons de chambres avec douche que nous pouvons vous attribuer sur simple demande. D’ailleurs, lors de votre séjour du 26 juin, vous étiez en chambre 220, qui est bien équipée d’une douche. N’hésitez pas à nous le rappeler lors d’un prochain séjour, nous nous ferons un plaisir de vous proposer ce type de chambre. Enfin, nous prenons bonne note de votre ressenti sur le petit-déjeuner et le restaurant, et le partagerons avec les équipes concernées afin de nous améliorer. Arrived after a very long journey expecting to be able to eat at the restaurant only to find that there were no restaurant facilities open over the weekend. We had chosen this hotel specifically as it had a restaurant. If we weren't so tired we would have cancelled our booking and found somewhere else. The room was acceptable but paper cups were provided in the bathroom, one of which was upturned. We weren't sure if it was dirty so used the glasses set out for tea/coffee. A single can of water isn't much good for two people. Breakfast was good.

However, we understand how frustrating this must have been after a long journey, and we did our best to suggest alternative restaurants nearby. Regarding the bathroom paper cup, it was indeed likely clean, as all items in the room are carefully prepared. That said, if you had any doubt, we would have gladly provided a fresh one upon request — please never hesitate to let us know. As for the small can of water, it is simply a welcome gesture we offer upon arrival — a little refreshment, but of course not meant as full accommodation for two.
