We booked this hotel specifically as it had a restaurant only to find it doesn’t open at the weekends! There was no hot water for a shower in the morning.

I went to the reception area to ask for another pillow for my wife. While I was there I decided to have a drink at the bar. After my drink I asked again for the pillow and to my surprise the man had already taken the pillow to my room and gave it to my wife. Nice service.

The manager was understanding Booking.com had our bookings wrong and we only had one room to stay. If possible book directly as from them the platform have made such mistakes before. Not like it is the first time.

Des travaux nous réveillent le matin et n’avons pas eu d’eau courante dans la chambre. Aucun geste de fait malgré ça.
