Great team, wonderful welcome, and cool to see the whole Hotel (and restaurant) having lunch at 11:30 each day (still). Highly recommend this location given the proximity of some restaurants and with secure parking as needed.

Comfortable beds but staff unprofessional

Hotel is well located, quiet and has comfortable beds. Unfortunately the staff who welcomed us were unprofessional. They were playing very load music and couldn't be bothered to turn it down. Consequesntly we couldn't hear what they were saying and had to shout our replies. When we turned the music down ourselves, they gave us a cold stare. Do they have any staff training?

Everything went well except that at the checking out, when the computer showed 17.50 euro more than what was due. As there was not enough time to argue, this was paid. An email was sent about this. Hopefully this will be reimbursed.
