This was a great well priced hotel for our overnight transit in Seoul- it has a free shuttle (which comes 30-60mins depending on the time of day) which was convenient for us and the staff are very friendly. The rooms were spacious and very clean and we loved the convenience store located on the ground floor which was very well priced for its location. Highly reocmmend!

The front desk staff are welcoming, helpful, considering I came unprepared for winter that night Was helped to settle down in a worm room. The next day, the manager on the front desk was helpfully in suggestions on where to get worm clothes, the front desk called a taxi to take there and still make it on time for to catch my flight later that same. Also the manager allowed me late check with no charges, the house keeping are prompt , friendly and also very professional.The morning breakfast is amazing.overall, loved this Hotel, keep it up

This is my 3rd stay at the hotel. Even though it is actually quite inconvenient, to be honest, I really like the comfortable rooms, the nice gym and the hot pool sauna facilities. As a gold member, I get to use the facilities for free, but I can imagine other guests who have to pay may not be very pleasant. If one is going to T2 for an early flight, it makes a lot of sense, as for international flights at T1, there is also a free shuttle. But I found the location very inconvenient as I booked this time to explore Incheon. There is nothing around the hotel at all, no food options, nothing within walking distance. So really not the best for stay except for an overnight transit. Also quite disappointed that members can't get a latte or capicino for welcome drink - only offers tea and drinks similar to what we can get from the compliment room drinks - so why bother? I think hotel can at least try to offer better amenities. Anyways, even though I like the hotel, I won't be back for my next trip. Rather stay near other areas where I can at least get some dinner at local eateries, lotte supermarket and olive young in another hotel at a cheaper rate in Incheon next time.
