i stayed for a short 10 hours, for an early flight at incheon. the staff was friendly and helpful, and i was upgraded to a suite. the room was nice, tho the bedding smells slightly weird, also the shower didnt hv stable water pressure but for a quick short stay i cannot complain.

Disappointed with the coffee shop as they had no muffins, croissants, cookies etc. To have with coffee. At the restaurant the buffet dinner did not look appetizing as the food was sparse and did not look fresh. We asked if we can order à la carte dinner and were told that it will take an hour to get the food. We asked if we could just order French fries and were told that it would also take one hour. In the end we took a shuttle to T2 at the airport and had great choices for dinner!

I chose this hotel b/c it offered shuttle service to the airport. When we went to get the shuttle bus, the driver loaded our luggage and we boarded the bus. We arrived at terminal 2 and there seemed to be some confusion with the driver. He then told us this bus doesn’t go to terminal 1 so we have to get off and get the airport shuttle. The driver did NOT inform us this bus was only going to terminal 2 and that there’s a different bus for terminal 1, so we assumed this was taking us where we needed to be. The driver did not ask us and then said “it’s written at the front of the bus.” We never saw the front of the bus as we loaded our luggage and boarded from the side. We ended up getting the airport shuttle which was considerably smaller and completely full. We had to stand the whole way. I did not care for the lack of communication and would suggest the driver confirm where his passengers are travelling to before people board his bus. We were not the only ones that had to leave the bus at terminal 2.
