Generally it was a good stay but I thought it was a bit unfriendly to customers" convenience. For example, the elevator was not moving unless I scanned my room key, but I did not hear anything about it when I checked it, so I had difficulty figuring it out. Furthermore, I was given only one room key which was necessary to light up the room. When one person wanted to go downstairs, the other people staying in the room had to deal with blackout. I had never experienced such inconvenience in other hotels.

Near terminal 2 but information given for shuttle bus is not accurate

Stay was alright, room is nice and comfy. However, breakfast selection is limited and the information given for the location and frequency of shuttle bus on Agoda is wrong. We had to wait really long for the shuttle bus.

We chose this hotel because we were arriving at 10pm at night. However, we didnt manage to catch the last hotel shuttle. It was a bit of hassel to get to the hotel.

Well located with easy access to the Airport. Spacious room but the air con cannot be adjusted Toilet paper rack had dust on it. Not properly cleaned
