15 mins drive from Incheon terminal 1. Quite a comfortable stay for a quick rest stop upon arrival at night with a one year old toddler. Small convenience store downstairs. Breakfast was good as well

Only stayed one night, but it was an enjoyable stay nonetheless. Loved the location, the room was comfortable and large, great shower, and the breakfast buffet was pretty good with a variety of Asian and Western options. Very clean rooms and everything worked fine. Front desk staff were very friendly and professional. Especially appreciated the shuttle bus going to terminals 1 and 2.

my only negative would be the air conditoning system isn't very functional - it was 27 degrees when i entered the room, tried to adjust on panel and it wasn't working very well and the room took hours to cool down to 23 degrees

The rooms are modern and comfortable, but for some bizarre reason for a new airport hotel they didn’t install soundproofing on either the windows or doors so each takeoff is very loud (and goes through the night) and the noise from the lift lobby sounds like you’ve left the door open there’s so little soundproofing on it

We got into Incheon airport terminal 1 waiting for a while for the shuttle. Then I tried calling the hotel twice and no answer so then it took over two hours to get from T1 to the hotel catching various airport shuttles. When we got to the airport I notice T2 had more times for the shuttle. I was so annoyed as I tried calling twice and that information would have been so useful and helped cut wasted time! When I advised the receptionist she didn’t apologize, just said “yeah, terminal 2”…I mean at least apologize that no one was picking up the phone to assist guests. Then Concierge wasn’t useful about tours of Incheon…we figured it out ourselves. Breakfast wasn’t included; we stayed 4 nights and just grabbed a coffee and pastry from the store. I did ask at dinner if there were vegetarian options…the Host said no. I asked if I could take a look at the buffet…there were loads of vegetarian options, so not sure what he was on about. Overall…not too bad of a stay, but a lot of inconveniences. We had to catch taxis to Inspire and Paradise City so it got expensive and for some reason Uber doesn’t pick up at the hotel, only drops off!

We stayed while travelling on our return to NZ with Korean Air and received a free upgrade. We could not sleep all night as the room temperature remained at 25 degrees and we could not reduce on the control panel. The entrance light kept flicking on and off i had to place some tape over the sensor to stop it rather than complain to reception and have a technician in our room during the night. I complained to reception the next morning about the excessively hot room and they passed our complaint onto management who responded saying they had been experiencing hot nights and the system was unable to reduce the room temperature. We found the food in the restaurant was average considering the cost and at breakfast time the manager was hovering around getting the staff to convey the closing time which made it very uncomfortable. Not a memorable experience!

The Air conditioning was not working and we could hardly sleep. We called the reception at 3 am and requested them to check. They asked us to switch off and switch on the AC and said it would work. The issue did not get resolved and we could hardly get any sleep. We complained at the front desk while we checked out and asked for a refund. I would still expect a refund as we had no comfort in that room with the AC not working and seemed like a furnace.

The AC does not work properly overnight. The temperature was set to 20, but that was only achievable during the day. The free shuttle to terminal 2 is great where there additional options for food.

I checked in late, around 9pm. Took the shuttle bus from airport, this service is really great, it's convenient and the driver was helpful. The check-in process was fast and efficient, even though there were a lot guests checking in at the same time (all from shuttle bus). The front desk upgraded my room so I got a larger room. Room was clean. Hotel is right next to airport, there were slight noises as some airplanes were taking on and off but it was okay, not too loud.
