due to bad weather I made N unscheduled stop in Arlon. I reserved via hotels.com about an hour before arrival and paid with my Amex card.on arrival clerk william insisted it was unpaid despite my Amex app showing pending . I had to pay this time with Lloyds bank cc and this has been debited to my account. The Amex payment has now been debited as well and I have raised a dispute with Amex . Hopefully you can arrange a refund to my Amex account. Not the hassle one expects from Accor!

The staff is what made a stay that exceeded expectations. We were traveling with a lot of luggage and a dog and had many requests for the different staff members on duty during our stay, such as a different room when we realized the room wasn’t big enough, a bag of ice to keep medications cool, some food for lunch, hot water for tea, to name a few. We greatly appreciated the staff’s warmth and prompt attention and helpfulness at all times, be it at the reception desk, the bar, or the breakfast buffet. A big thank you for making our stay much more comfortable.
