Disappointing standards for a 5* hotel. Gym is inadequate, no pool or spa facilities which is uncommon for 5* hotels. Breakfast was poor and priced at €36 is unacceptable. Staff were extremely helpful. Room was fantastic.

Very polite and helpful staff. Diligent room cleaning to high standard. Shower cubicle in the main bedroom is just odd. Separate toilet means walking to sink with dirty hands. Too much use of scents and perfumes in the Hotel. Lobby under renovation. Bell captain (restaurant expert) told us to book a restaurant that had been closed for 3 years vs Vins Fins which we had booked!

Love the location and the view! It was quiet and comfortable. The staff at this location was very amazing. The concierge came up a few times to answer our questions and to help us. Your staff up at the breakfast area was also amazing. They have great memories and remember what we liked the very nice day. And your front desk did a great job explaining all the amenities at your property. Which some Sofitel hotels don’t do we loved our stay there

We had an excellent stay. The views from our room and the breakfast bar were amazing. Staff were also friendly and well trained. The issues we had with breakfast on our departure day were taken seriously and dealt with promptly and professionally. We would love to stay again!
