Check-in took too long. The room was very stylish and the bed very comfortable. Late in the evening when I arrived the water in the bathroom was not hot but lukewarm. (It was ok the next morning). The breakfast was very good but the temperature was very low, it was freezing (which somehow rushed me out quicker than I had planned). There was only one person at checkout. It didn’t take me long because I was the only client when I checked out but five minutes later there was a long queue and I had to wait for my colleague who had to check out (while our taxi was waiting outside). Compared to the past when I had also stayed in this hotel several times I found the whole experience less enjoyable overall. And it’s far more expensive now!
