Overall experience was good. There were renovations going on when we were there in early Jan 2025, as such didn’t get a high floor room. If not the view will be fantastic. No restaurant or eatery nearby. We tried the top floor restaurant and we love it. Food was good and nice ambience. We went back next day for dinner again.

A good hotel. The room is spacious and clean. Unfortunately the 5th to 8th floors are going through renovation, so only the lower floors are avail. It’s near to the touristy places. And you can even walk to the train station. But it’s extremely quiet in the surrounding. No real food or cafe options. Thankfully they have a fantastic restaurant. Otherwise finding food round really be a problem without having to walk far. Other than that, a good hotel.

The moment we stepped in to this hotel, everyone is so friendly and helpful! Room is spacious, bed is the most comfortable and fluffy, good shower too! Breakfast is not the best but enough to fill you. However, the breakfast restaurant's staffs were all very professional and not forgetting to mention they always, always put on a smile no matter how busy they are which is very impressive! A 15 mins walk over the bridge to the the old city which is ok but in winter is a little too cold for us. Nearest restaurants are also at least 10 mins walk away. Nothing down the street so it is not the most convenient place to stay. Overall, a good luxury 5* with excellent service and quality!
