I was really happy with my room and stay. The staff were kind and super helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. Two things that are a little annoying, especially after a days or two: 1. The water pressure really low, and it takes quite a bit of time to heat up, especially in the mornings. It makes it impossible to take a quick shower in the morning. Also, makes it inconvenient and creates friction. 2. The bathroom tap is too short for the sink. It's really hard to wash hands or use it in general because the running water is too close to the side.

The hotel was excellent. Location, cleanliness and decor.
My one issue was I asked front desk member to assist me with another Accor booking. He dismissed me and told me he was too busy to help me. I was taken back by his attitude. I asked for management and Judith Vollmar wa able to resolve our questions.

With the bus stop from the airport just outside the entrance this was the perfect hotel to explore Luxemburg city.
The room was spacious and the bed ever so comfortable, and the views from the bar and resturant on the 8th floor incredible.

We really enjoyed the facilities of this hotel. Room was of good size and well appointed. Full king bed was appreciated. Comfortable, clean, quiet and dark for sleeping. The hotel restaurant was excellent, great breakfast, great dinner. The bar tender was fantastic. Best views over the city from this hotel especially from the tenth floor bar and dining room. Staff were amazing, friendly and accommodating. A bit of a walk for us to the old town, especially in the hot weather, maybe 10-20 min. Not a good choice of shops or restaurants nearby.
Overall the hotel was an enjoyable experience.

Stayed for 2 nights. Hotel is located about a 10 min walk to the city center. The facilities are excellent as was the service. Breakfast had a great selection with tasty fresh juices. Gym was a little on the small side with limited equipment but it was very useable. I would stay here again in the future.
