Hotel location is good, rooms are clean, parking is a bit difficult/expensive.

Luxembourg C. Couples - Confirmed reviews ALL

One night, in general fine, clean and quiet room. However, I booked on the All Accor site - I have "Gold" level membership, and paid €140 at checkin. BUT then I noticed the screen behind reception advertising prices for that night - €123 for All Accor members, and €137 for non members. As member, I paid €13 more than the members' rate, and €3 more than the non member walk up rate. All Accor advertises "BEST PRICE GUARANTEED", yet when requested, the receptionist said management could not change my room rate. This does not inspire confidence in All Accor advantages, or "best price guarantee". I would be greateful if to be reimbursed or compensated for the €13 price difference. Thank you in advance for giving this matter you best attention.

I would like to thank Mustafa from the reception desk who helped to find a room in the fully booked hotel. There had been a misunderstanding as to the date of booking, but he arranged it all in a quiet and very polite manner. I am grateful for this.

We had a pleasant stay and did not encounter any issues with communication with the staff or regarding our stay. The location was good, and despite being close to bars and a concert hall, there was no issue with noise. We did not take breakfast but the bar provided good and quality service. The room was small, but comfortable. The bathroom was also small and we had to wait for the towels to dry up after shower. Thank you, I would choose your hotel again if such an occasion arose again.
