The experience was ok. The rooms are clean and the internet is good and stable and allowed me to do my work. Helene at reception and one of the night guard (forgot his name but was the older one) were extremely kind and I really appreciated them. During the pandemic it would be good to have a least a kettle in the room to prepare some coffee or tea. An ashtray in front of the hotel would also help. You can't be Planet 21 and accept that cigarette buds have to be thrown in the street. The pillows are not great, too flat. Over the weekend there weren't many people and twice on Sunday I had to shower with cold water despite letting it run for 10 minutes.

Poor sleep

The location of the hotel was good. The air-conditioning in the room did not work properly and it was very hot to sleep. The bed was all too soft and bad for my back, so I slept poorly and woke up with a backache. The breakfast was good and service friendly.

Every time is getting worse

I spent two weeks on this Hotel, not my first time and I have seen that every time I come back the hotel is getting worse. The personnel is absolutely friendly except for Joaquin, the guy on the breakfast room, all the rest, makes the stay quite confortable. The pillows were awful, my neck still hurts from them, there is no space to leave the thing properly, and there is no parking available, so it's a nightmare to have a car on that location.
