While I appreciate that this is a budget hotel there are things one expects at during any stay. The bathroom had no outlet nor a single hand towel. Also the bed was among the worst I have ever experienced - during our two night stay sleep was hard to come by and feeling well rested alluded us. The staff was friendly and polite and things were generally clean. The breakfast buffet was at expectations

Good service from staff. Except I felt hotel is shorthanded as replied from counter staff that changing faulty flickering toilet light bulb has to wait for that one technician who is very busy.

Good located hotel, clean room, park the car first then come and checkin!, good service. Towels near the toilet seat bad! Overall good. Breakfast was good.

As for the parking situation, the municipality makes it difficult for our guests as the parking regulations are quiet hard in the area. Therefore we do not have the possibility to hand-off a sign. the tv did not work, the breakfast not so good and have limited selection, the room and the towels are limited.

Nice hotel, fantastic location in relation to Rockhal (we were attending A Perfect Circle). Very close to all the supermarkets, restaurants and local nightspots. Within a 5 minute walk of the train station and looking out over the spectacular Steelworks Factory. No complaints

Great location for the concert nearby. Wonderful staff. The room seems very old as the dorm floorboards were popping out and our bathroom was odd. We believe we stayed in a room meant for a disabled person- the bathroom was a huge glass less shower with seating. This would be fine, but the entire room was a bit dirty, and pink mold could be seen. It needs a deep clean.

I absolutely loved staying at the Ibis Belval – it’s close to everything, and there’s a direct train to the central station. I’d highly recommend staying there, mainly because of the staff, who are incredibly attentive, welcoming, and always willing to help with whatever you need.
