If you want to ruin your impression of the city, just stay at this hotel. It’s terribly located - right next to a nightclub with a matching crowd and a constant smell of marijuana everywhere. The rooms are tiny, the breakfast is extremely basic with barely any variety - nothing hot at all except coffee from a machine - and the front desk staff are pretty unfriendly. As a Platinum member of Accor, I got what must have been the worst room in the place. This is definitely not Ibis Styles - at best, it’s more like an Ibis Super Budget. Never stay at this hotel.

Small rooms, weird toilet layout, smelly hallway and "unique" people hanging around the hotel entrance at night. Most off all the service was terrible. The pictures look nice, but I would strongly recommend not to stay at Ibis Styles Gare

This comment is quite different from the words you used to describe your stay when you contacted us a few days after your check-out. At that time you surely did not think we had charged you for the replacement of the frame with the lithograph of a sheep that you took with you when you left the hotel. Obviously, anyone can understand your dissatisfaction, but it remains unfortunate that you use the opportunity to leave a review about your stay to vent your resentment, especially since you had confirmed in writing that you had “a pleasant stay and good parking experience”. We can only hope that your souvenir will remind you of the good times spent in Luxembourg.

There was a smell of cigarettes in the room. The rooms are very small and the choice at the breakfast was poor.
