Negative points: *Loud street with loud drunk people until midnight. *Tv remote did not work. *Competitors in the same street offer a room with breakfast for 30 euros less than this formula (which was without breakfast). Positive points: *Cosy bed *Well equiped bathroom with shower *High-speed internet *Very helpful and friendly staff :)

I stayed at this hotel for two nights, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The staff were incredibly helpful and quick to assist with any requests, which made the stay more comfortable. The breakfast was good, and I especially appreciated the 24-hour coffee machine—such a nice touch! The rooms were decent, though the space was a bit limited. However, the air conditioning could use some improvement, as it didn't cool the room sufficiently. Overall stay was enjoyable.

The location is great, very good starting point to explore the city just a few steps from the central railway station. The direct neighbourhood could be better - there are some shady looking nightclubs - but that's not something the hotel can do much about. Relatively small hotel not too many rooms, but those are comfortable enough. The breakfast is very basic but I believe at least cheaper than other hotels of the chain in Western EU countries.

This hotel was renovated in 2024 but that just seems to mean a coat of paint and a load of pictures of sheep! The only lift was frustratingly slow, the rooms were cramped and the new fittings pretty cheap and flimsy. The TV remote also didn't work. The area around the hotel is "lively" so security is important, but it was annoying having to ring the bell and wait to be let in rather than having automatic key card system. Fine for one night.
