The hotel in itself is clean. comfortable and staff is very courteous and welcoming. It is also very well connected, being just 2 minutes from the train station and with access to all public transport. One thing though: I do urge Ibis and all the business operators in the area to call on authorities to really clean up the area from criminality. Drug-dealers and prostitution are carried out in full daylight and it is rendering the entire neighbourhood unsafe, squalid and off-putting - a huge contrast from the rest of Luxembourg city which is a gem of history, culture, greenery and cleanliness. Please unite and take action - it will be good for business, good for the tourists and good for the citizens. You all deserve better. Stand up and say NO to criminality.
