Dear John, Thank you for taking the time to share your review We are delighted that you enjoyed our tasty breakfast and appreciated our convenient location in Luxembourg City, close to the city centre and the main train station. However, we apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the air conditioning in your room, which allows guests to adjust the temperature between 18 and 22 degrees, however, it may take some time to reach the desired temperature. We are glad that our team was able to provide you with fans to help alleviate the issue. As for the parking, we understand it might be perceived as expensive, however, it is in line with other facilities in the area and there are also alternative parking options in the surrounding streets if preferred. Our team at the reception is always happy to provide directions and assistance to our guests. We appreciate your kind words about our generous buffet breakfast, which offers a wide variety of options to cater to different tastes. We apologize for any confusion regarding the early check-in and the 1 Euro charge on your card. Our check-in time is indeed at 15:00, but we do our best to accommodate early check-ins whenever possible. As for the charge, we would like to clarify that it was not for the printed invoice, and we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve this matter. Dear Athanasios, Thank you for sharing your experience with us at Novotel Luxembourg Centre. We regret that your stay with us fell short of your expectations and that you were not entirely happy with the size of the bathroom. The comfort and well-being of our guests are extremely important to us and while our rooms are all the same size, we have tried to make the most efficient use of the space available, particularly in our bathrooms. Moreover, we understand your concern about the air quality. Please note that for security reasons, only some windows in the rooms located at the backside of the hotel can be partially opened. For your next stay, feel free to request a room with a window that can be opened, and we will do our best to accommodate your preference. As for the restaurant, we strive to offer a variety of dishes to cater to different tastes, and we will take your feedback into consideration for future improvements. Additionally, our rates can vary depending on availability and the period of the year, we do, however, try to keep them as competitive as possible.
