We had a very good time. The breakfast was excellent and the hotel is well located in Luxembourg City. You're close enough to the centre as well as the main train station. Parking is expensive however. Also we had poor air conditioning in our room such that it was too hot overnight. This seems to be a common complaint. The hotel did provide us with a couple of fans which mitigated the issue.

However, we apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the air conditioning in your room, which allows guests to adjust the temperature between 18 and 22 degrees, however, it may take some time to reach the desired temperature. We are glad that our team was able to provide you with fans to help alleviate the issue. As for the parking, we understand it might be perceived as expensive, however, it is in line with other facilities in the area and there are also alternative parking options in the surrounding streets if preferred. I stayed 2 nights at this hotel for business. I got to the hotel from the airport on bus 29 and arrived around noon. Was hoping to check-in early but was advised the check-in time was later, although I can check-in earlier if I registered to be an Accor member - which I ended up doing although didn't really want to. The hotel is located in a quiet/more commercial part of town within 10 minutes walking distance to the train station and a short bus ride (5+ minutes walk to the bus station) to the touristy part of town. For a 4-star hotel, I expected a bigger room, a bath tub and a pool but the room otherwise had all the usual toiletries and coffee/tea making facilities. Buffet breakfast was excellent with freshly squeezed orange juice although it was only on the 2nd morning that I realised that the cold cuts were on a table at the back of the restaurant. Although breakfast officially starts at 6am, food was still being taken out from the kitchen at 6:20am. Reception was helpful with directions but after I checked out, I got a SMS from my bank notifying me that I had a Euro 1 charge on my card by the hotel - not sure if it was because I requested a printed copy of the invoice at check out because if that was what the Euro 1 was for, then reception should have informed me beforehand? At approximately Euro 200 a night, not value for money in my opinion.

I enjoyed my experience with your hotel. I particularly appreciated the reception staff, the size of the room, the fancy bathroom and the fact that everything is very clean. The iron and the ironing board are good quality, something that, for travelers on business, is essential. I also appreciated the early check in, it was especially useful for me, so a big Thank You for this. However, the room had a certain smell. I do not know what it was, but it was persistent, especially the first two days. I did not have breakfast and I did not use the Wi-Fi, so I have no opinion on these. The design of the room could be a little bit more modern, but, other than that, it was a very good experience staying in this hotel.

Room windows not opening, airless room Bathroom like a closet, not adequate Restaurant with basic, most likely deep frozen food

We regret that your stay with us fell short of your expectations and that you were not entirely happy with the size of the bathroom. The comfort and well-being of our guests are extremely important to us and while our rooms are all the same size, we have tried to make the most efficient use of the space available, particularly in our bathrooms. Moreover, we understand your concern about the air quality. Please note that for security reasons, only some windows in the rooms located at the backside of the hotel can be partially opened. For your next stay, feel free to request a room with a window that can be opened, and we will do our best to accommodate your preference. As for the restaurant, we strive to offer a variety of dishes to cater to different tastes, and we will take your feedback into consideration for future improvements. Additionally, our rates can vary depending on availability and the period of the year, we do, however, try to keep them as competitive as possible.
