Dear Lovro, We appreciate you sharing your comments with us. We are delighted that your overall experience at Novotel Luxembourg Centre met your expectations. However, we sincerely regret that some aspects of your stay did not fully meet your standards. While our rooms are equipped with a modern climate control system allowing guests to adjust temperatures, we understand the preference for natural ventilation. For future visits, subject to availability, you’re welcome to request a room with partial window access at the time of booking. A number of our garden-facing rooms offer this feature, in line with local safety regulations. We nevertheless hope you were able to appreciate our central location near Luxembourg Ville railway station, providing convenient access to both public transport and the historic city center.
