When checking in at the hotel only 1 person was at reception meaning I queued for over 40 minutes to check-in. Also, the hotel doesn't offer room service and the rooms don't have coffee making facilities.

I was disappointed that there weren’t separate shampoo and body lotion. Hotels in roughly the same price range usually provide them. Otherwise, everything was great. I’d like to give a special shout-out to the staff—they were very friendly, attentive, and always ready to help! Thanks to the staff at this hotel, I’m definitely coming back here again! So don’t skimp on their bonuses 😉

The hotel was well presented and the room was very clean. The decor and restaurants were great! Super convenient parking with electric charging as well. Would stay again - only down size was the coffee was not amazing.
