I enjoyed my stay. It would be good to have an entrance from the main street below (or some signs) as I had to walk around and then up the stairs and found the entrance. I also found it a bit creepy with the cartoon masks in the room.

Hello Lisa, Thank you for your lovely feedback! We are happy to know that you enjoyed your stay and that our location and team made a good impression. Your comment about finding the entrance is very helpful. We completely understand that the access may not be immediately obvious when arriving for the first time, so we will keep your suggestion about additional signage in mind. And yes… our room masks are definitely one of Mama’s more unusual little touches! 😉 We understand that they may feel a little unexpected, depending on your taste. We hope to see you again soon at Mama ! See you soon ! MAMA ❤️ Lisa ! Aida De La Puente, General Manager

This is my favorite hotel in Luxembourg. It is quirky, it has unique style. I like to spend time in the dining area because it is very nice and unique. Food is always good and the staff is friendly all the time. Every time I travel to Lux, Mama Shelter is my number one pick and I feel a bit sad, if there is no room available and I have to pick another hotel.
