I booked a room with 2 beds, when me and my family arrived at the hotel the staff gave me a room with 1 bed saying that they do not have rooms with 2 beds even though my confirmation specifically stated that I have a room with 2 beds. I then had to book an additional room as I needed a second bed. The hotel offered no discount refund or any explanation as to why I could not get the room I booked originally.
