Very good! 3 things: 1. drinking water ( I would be grateful if it’s not just 1 bottle for the whole 8 days!) 2. Slippers: not familiar with no availability! But it’s okay: may be cultural diff. 3. Breakfast: same menu/ presentation for the whole of my stay! (I would have appreciated some changes/ variety)The rest I appreciated so much.my special thanks goes to the lady in glasses! Is she Clemence? Do not recall well. Apologies. Now in the airport returning home & wish you all the best. Bye bye!

Fantastic, fun hotel in the midst of Kirchberg, 2 minutes walk from Philhamonie tram stop, 16 minutes from the airport and 10 into the Grund. Very quirky, with lots of little touches and an excellent bar. Sunday brunch is a must, as is the boulangerie, which serves excellent coffee and a range of delicious pastries. You must try the raspberry croissant - it's sublime! Highly recommended. We will most definitely be back!

Room’s Bathroom and hotel reception sometime smell like drain for a few hours. Bed mattress and pillows, old and uncomfortable. One afternoon, when we entered our room, stunk like someone had a full curry meal; smell was so strong that we had to pen the door of the room for it to air. I’ve been a customer of this mamashelter and I can see it declining. Only good things keeping up are the restaurant and staff. Needs urgent management attention
