Having stayed at Accor hotels for more than two decades, you know upfront what you can expect. From Ibis, we don't expect generally more than 2 stars. During this trip, it won't even come close to even 1 star. From unprofessional staff to serious safety concerns, to name a few. During the stay, our rooms were sacrificed in order to accommodate a bus load of school kids. We got two rooms for the otherly abled, missing the qualities listed during the booking. Worst of all, the rooms lacked even the fire alarms. We are utterly disappointed!

That's why we choose ibis, it's what we expect. Comfortable, clean and warm, (It was the end of October) Dinner in their restaurant was exceptionally good. Can't comment on breakfast, we only have a coffee and croissant in the morning.

The room was functional, but a bit tired looking and cleanliness could have been better. Walls between the rooms were a bit thin and it was therefore a bit noisy. Breakfast buffet was OK, and the staff helpful and friendly.

chambre agréable , lit confortable mais très mauvaise gestion du petit déjeuner: le pain à la découpe ne bénéficie d'aucune protection( serviette..), on laisse les clients se servir avec les doigts et on ne leur demande pas de mettre leur telephone radio en sourdine.... le personnel est en tenue décontractée: jean délavé, troué et tee shirt de vacances: manque de considération pour le client?! tout à manque un peu de rigueur pour un trois étoiles: ce n'est pas une pension de famille!

This hotel is not the usual standard I expect from the Ibis brand. The rooms were very small and whilst AC was stated, it worked very poorly Rooms poorly equipped, no tea and coffee provided?
