Really great hotel. Warm welcome from charming receptionist. Decor is beautiful with a peaceful lounge and delightful bar. Our room was spacious and extremely comfortable with a large balcony with table and chairs. Well equipped bathroom with hydromassage shower. Cheery greeting from lovely bar staff. Amazing cocktails and wines. Delicious dinner. Breakfast was bountiful with great variety.

Everything very suitable for a pleasant stay except not having a kettle in our room meant that we were unable to prepare our essential hot water and lemon n juice every morning. Paper cups from the bathroom and cold water leave a lot to be desired.

A lovely hotel in a great location, with truly exceptional staff. Everyone we met was friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful — they really made our stay and are a credit to the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was very good, and we enjoyed drinks at the bar and relaxing on the lovely terrace. We didn’t eat in the restaurant, but it was busy and the food looked very appetising. The only minor issue was that noise can travel between rooms, particularly with guests talking loudly late at night. However, this wouldn’t stop us returning, as the many positives far outweigh this small drawback. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend the hotel. We look forward to returning.

The hotel is very well located, but what really stood out for us was the exceptional service. Every member of staff we interacted with was superb — friendly, welcoming and genuinely helpful. Their attitude alone would make me recommend this hotel without hesitation. The rooms are comfortable and spotlessly clean, and the breakfast was very good. We also enjoyed having drinks at the bar and sitting outside on the lovely terrace. We didn’t eat at the hotel restaurant, but it was busy and, from what we could see, the food looked very appetising. The only minor downside is that sound does travel between the rooms. Unfortunately, if you happen to have inconsiderate guests speaking loudly late at night, you can hear them. However, this certainly wouldn’t put me off staying here again, as the positives — and particularly the excellent staff — far outweigh this one small issue. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. We look forward to returning in the future.

The hotel is well located close to all the amenities. There is free car park which is a bonus. The bedrooms however have some room for improvement. The mattress was too thin/hard. There is no tea/coffee facilities in the room (this is available in the lounge on the ground floor). We had two bottles of water in the room when we checked in, the rest of the stay (4 nights) no water was delivered when the room was cleaned. We had drinks in the bar every evening. The staff don’t ask for you to sign your bill. Simply with your room number given and they say it out loud (anyone could actually have charged stuff to our room). On check out you are presented with your tickets (with no signature) hoping you remember what you had each night. Of course you don’t know either how much you’ll be charged as no prices are shown anywhere. I’d come back here again but beware of the “casual” charging system at the f&b areas of the hotel. Maria, the lady at reception, was absolutely brilliant and very friendly.

Loved the pool and the house. Staff friendly but not enough of them in certain bars/restaurants- they were stressed. Some activities were fun, some chaotic

Brilliant servicemind staff. However, I don´t understand why they need copy of all my children’s passports aged 8, 10, 12 and 14…..

Dear Morten G., We apologize for the inconvenience caused by registering all of your passports. In accordance with Spanish Royal Decree 933/2021, we are required to register all guests staying at the hotel. It would be easier for everyone not to have to do this, but the law must be followed. Sincerely, Leandro
