Very comfortable beds, very quiet. Good restaurant for both evening meals and breakfast. The staff a very friendly and nothing is too much trouble.

Very pleasant, helpful receptionist on check in Disabled parking space directly outside front door The only negative thing, but a BIG negative, was the extremely, strong smell of cigarette smoke in the lift, reception and first floor corridor, very, very unpleasant for non smokers hence score of 7 instead of 9! And less likely to return/recommended to non smoking friends Comfortable bed and pillows Room basic but stylish Well adapted shower room with mobility aids but still stylish, close to lift Restaurant on site very good, dinner excellent and breakfast good with hot and cold options including plenty of fresh fruit Public areas clean and well maintained apart from smoke smell as mentioned Very pleased to have use of EV charging point in front of hotel, rapid charge, very reasonable rate Another pleasant receptionist at check out
