Staff was very helpful to assist us with a number of practical things like finding good restaurants and changing train tickets when we were informed (by railway company) about delays because of unexpected repair works on rail tracks.

Efficient, friendly, helpful staff who also serve the bar so you get further interaction not only when checking in. Clean rooms, good shower pressure, USB ports in room, really great Green initiatives; for Not having your bedding changed you are offered a free drink voucher for each occupant for each successive night after two nights. This has never happened at any Accor hotel; and we stayed 9 nights at a recent hotel asking for our bedding to not be changed (we're eco-conscious and very clean). Towels have the option not to be changed (do we change them every couple of days at home?), hot boiled water available in the lobby, dispenser with cold water. Breakfast was great; lovely open area for dining and relaxing out of your room. Nothing to fault. We are Accor frequent members; first time this trip (over a month so far) that we have been rewarded with a Welcome amenities pack with a handwritten note (thank you Valentin) and upgraded to a larger room. Highly recommend the Accor programme.

The hotel was well presented and the staff were welcoming and accommodating. The location provides easy access to the old town and transport links to the coastal beaches. The breakfast’s provided a good choice of fresh produce and drinks and plenty full. Valenten was particularly accommodating and friendly providing an excellent front of house presence.

Our overnight stay was everything we wanted. Conveniently located, we found the room clean, the beds comfortable, and the front desk concierge very pleasant and immensely helpful and informative! This was an overnight stop prior to flying out. Short taxi from station and walk to centre ville. Friendly welcome, good room standard and breakfast. Nice garden for a drink.
