The room was not clean and the staff did not respond appropriately, even after reporting issues.

The room was small & nothing even to put your suitcase on. Only 2 paper cups, that’s it, nothing else. Hallway carpet looks like the original, never cleaned. I would not recommend this place.

Mainly room was claustrophobic with child bed above double bed for a couple, there were no sits to sit and relax. In addition the bar service was incredible slow with only one person serving of which none understood the concept of English tea or any other tesm

A little bit far away from the city center, nevertheless not an issue for me, shopping center nearby, safe area, A/C, clean, overall I was satisfied

We spent one overnight in Girona after traveling from Barcelona by train, in advance of our next day flight to Mallorca. The Ibis Budget was perfect for our needs, even though it required a taxi to go to and from the old town.

The breakfast is great, good food. The room does not have a place to hang your clothes or drawers, there are no tables only a bed and a TV, the bathroom was so so, we were only the for 2 nights so it was okay as we were out most of the day came only to sleep.

Ignored by young woman on my arrival to check-in. Kept her head down working on computer despite me saying to her Hola! Unacceptable behaviour.
