We spent one overnight in Girona after traveling from Barcelona by train, in advance of our next day flight to Mallorca. The Ibis Budget was perfect for our needs, even though it required a taxi to go to and from the old town.

The breakfast is great, good food. The room does not have a place to hang your clothes or drawers, there are no tables only a bed and a TV, the bathroom was so so, we were only the for 2 nights so it was okay as we were out most of the day came only to sleep.
