The Staff was very kind and ready to help. Conversation in french was excellent, very few english though. The room was as always. The big inconvenience is the pillows. They are useless. They changed the good pillows from years back in all ibis budget and put garbage pillows that do not keep your head in a comfortable position. I will recommend to not reduce costs on the experience of the customers and even less on their sleep, else we would have to stop using ibis as our first option. The breakfast was very plain, only jam, ham, cheese and bread (a bit dry) and croissants. There was not a big offer for breakfast, and the quality of the ibis breakfast has reduced considerably and price has increased or kept the same. This is very disappointing.

The male receptionist was not friendly or helpful, so that was the lasting impression of our stay. Won't be staying there again, but will still use Accor/Ibis brands. Banged head on the bunk over double!
