We have stayed here quite a few times and have always had a pleasant stay, including this time But it is sad to see that the hotel is looking rough around the edges and in need of an update but no attention is being paid to that. The carpets in the hallway are threadbare now The bed mattress, which used to be really comfortable, is now really old and not very comfortable and is quite small as well The quality of the toilet tissue is atrocious. I wish Accor would reconsider their choice of toilet paper, which is what they use for all levels of their hotels, and use better quality toilet paper which doesn't disintegrate while using it I hope we hear news of upgrades soon so we can return to the hotel in near future

C'est la 3ème fois que nous faisons escale dans cet hôtel et tout y est parfait. A noter surtout la sympathie des gérants et cette fois, en plus, j'ai été prévenu que j'avais oublié un vêtement dans la chambre que j'ai pu récupérer facilement. Un grand merci au personnel de chambre pour cette honnêteté.

L hôtel est très agréable et bien situé. En un souci de réservation ,j ai failli être obligée de payer 2 chambres du à l incompétence d une salariée qui a pris la reseevation par téléphone le 30 janvier 2025. Je remercie encore le mr à l accueil qui a été très compréhensif et tres professionnel pas comme sa collègue qui ne.voulait rien entendre et me faire payer une 2 ème chambre que je n .avais pas réservée. L.annee prochaine nous.ne reviendrons pas dans votre hôtel on m à pris pour une menteuse et ça ça ne passe pas.
