My wife got heavy back pains. Reception called doctor for us and later ambulance to clinic. Next day again doctor. Helped us with warming food in the evening.( my wife was not able to sit, stand and walk) she was laying in bed for the 5 days. I have stayed in at least 150 different hotels ( job and private), and have never experienced so much a kindness and helpfulness as we recieved in Canet en Rousillon. Hope you will forward our greatest thanks to them. Next time we pass your area, we will for 100%sure stay at this hotel ( we normally stay at ibis during our trip to Spain ) and maybe keep a holiday in the area. Thanks for all Allan B. Well Located but didn't appreciate how we were treated by one of the employee : while we were leaving one the employee responsible for the check out didn't talk to us with respect and it was not professional at all !
