Bad surprise

We stayed (2rooms 1 night) at this hotel while on a business trip on 5November 2022. Hotel location: In the middle of an industrial area, no commercial center or restaurants around. Arrival at hotel/ The man who greeted us was barely polite. When I complained later about the lack of Wifi, he said it's broken, it's written on the door; If you have a complain, write to Ibis for refund... Room OK, but bathroom tiny and shower small and in need of refurbishing.
