Reception area very dirty. Room smelling like the last guest were smokers. Very noisy night. The breakfast was nothing I've experienced with Accor before. Total lack of hygiene. Three pieces of bread in the tray, no toaster, jam in two jars with foreign matter. Spoken to receptionist, absolutely no response, she just went back smoking her cigarette at a table in the breakfast area. Accor this site needs your urgent attention.

There were no towels when I checked in (5pm) and the code to my door didn't work because the electronic mechanism was broken. I has booked a cabrio room but couldn't shower or wash because there were no towels. Really appalling. Hotels should provide a good bed and hot shower. No point providing shower if there are no towels. I will write this up on TripAdvisor.

Very loud staff in the morning Dirty toilet. The toilet next to our room was dirty when we arrived at 2pm, and was still dirty the next morning at 10am. Most toilets and showers were out of order.

Employee who checked me in wasn't wearing mask. First room had full trash and dirty sheets. Second room had no faucet and multiple door codes didn't work. (This turned out to be due to the employee's failure to input the correct room number in the system.) Third room was prepared and had a working code, but smelled strongly of cigarettes, lacked an interior security lock, and the faucet only gave hot water, no cold. Half the bathrooms were marked Out of Service, and nearly all the rest lacked toilet paper. There wasn't any hand soap in the whole building, only sanitizer dispensers. (Even public restrooms have soap!) In addition, I had terrible neighbors making noise past midnight with no admonishment from hotel staff. Breakfast was not at all as advertised, just a few slices of baguette next to a coffee machine and a water fountain. Front desk service was of little help when I requested a refund, giving me only an email address by which to make the request. I spent less than 24 hours in the building and in that time was one of THREE customers seeking a partial or full refund. Unacceptable service in every regard.

Disappointing, to say it gently. Staff not informed, not helpful, extracharges for basics (soap, towels,..) door stuck because of humidity, ... for 5 € extra we had excellent accomodation on the italian riviera the next day, including far more than basics,

Web site say English spoken was not then given a room that hadn’t been cleaned staff wasn’t helpful at all it was like we were an inconvenience as we arrived earlier than 5pm

The check in person was not finding my reservation. I had it printed with a check in made. I had it on my Accor APP, money taken from the bank, all the evidence. Even so, she insisted that I don't have a reservation. It was awful. I lost my temper because I lost 1h negotiating with this lady. Then she finally gives me a room but the entry code was not working. I went there on holiday but I lost all my good mood that day. She kept saying it was my fault! Anyway, horrible experience. I stayed there also on 31->01 and the check-in was fine and rapid, but the first code also failed to work. Then at 7:15 in the morning the fire alarm got engaged and everybody got out. After that I just packed and left. I'm not sure if the alarm was even real. I can say it was the worst hotel experience ever. I have to say though, the room, the bed, the bathroom was correct, as expected. In the second night I had no remote control. The WiFi worked good. The hotel is in a good location just outside the A9, and I would have used it more frequently but now I have serious doubts, because the check in was a nightmare, even though I did an online check in and I expected to receive the key and that's it.

A disaster, we asked for a triple room, we wanted a double bed and a separate bed and they gave us a bunk bed for three. The beds were not made. Horrible. Then we had included breakfast and because they didn't add us to their list they said they didn't give it to us. We had to prove he was paid. Total outrage.

The bedroom was infested with bedbugs
