Upon arrival, the receptionist was sitting at a table and messaged on her mobile phone. Tired, I waited a long time for someone to come, I tried to ring the bell, and I was surprised that it was her and that she kept me waiting for about 10 minutes without a signal or greeting. The faucet in the CABRIO room was broken, it was barely usable. In the common area next to the reception, loud company until early morning made it impossible to relax, the receptionist did not say anything to them. I have been staying here regularly for 15 years, I have never had such a bad experience.

La climatisation c'est zéro Une alarme qui déclenche à 4h du matin à réveiller tout le monde c'est la panique Une fuite d'eau dans lavabo ... Peuuff dégoûtée

Il s’agit d’un système de sécurité indispensable, qui se déclenche uniquement lorsqu’un événement anormal survient — souvent lié à une imprudence (comme l’usage d’aérosols, de cigarettes, ou de vapeur excessive dans les chambres). Nous comprenons que cela puisse être désagréable sur le moment, mais votre sécurité et celle de tous nos clients reste notre priorité absolue. Merci de votre compréhension.

Trop bruyant à cause de la rocade mais surtout à cause d'enfants qui ne sont pas des enfants de voyageurs qui hurlent et piallent le soir tard et le matin de bonne heure. Aucun adulte pour les calmer. Trop loin de tout, pas de possibilité de se restaurer. Accueil du soir, bien. Celui du matin plus indifférent. Douche et wc en parfait état de propreté Petit déjeuner très bien. Mais au final, hôtel à fuir!

Enfin, notre hôtel, bien que légèrement excentré, propose un bon rapport qualité-prix pour les voyageurs en transit, avec un accès direct aux grands axes et un parking gratuit. Nous regrettons que ces désagréments aient autant pesé sur votre impression générale, mais nous vous remercions d’avoir souligné ce qui a bien fonctionné durant votre séjour.
