Upon arrival, the receptionist was sitting at a table and messaged on her mobile phone. Tired, I waited a long time for someone to come, I tried to ring the bell, and I was surprised that it was her and that she kept me waiting for about 10 minutes without a signal or greeting. The faucet in the CABRIO room was broken, it was barely usable. In the common area next to the reception, loud company until early morning made it impossible to relax, the receptionist did not say anything to them. I have been staying here regularly for 15 years, I have never had such a bad experience.
