We are truly sorry to learn that your experience did not meet your expectations, especially as we always strive to create memorable stays for our guests. Regarding your reservation, we completely understand how disappointing it must have been when one member of your party was unable to travel due to a health emergency. As your reservation was made through a travel agent, we were unfortunately unable to modify or partially refund the booking directly. While we genuinely wished we could have offered greater flexibility, any changes needed to be arranged through the original booking channel. We have also carefully investigated your comments regarding the butler service. Based on our communication records, every request was responded to within five minutes. While we appreciate that this may not have matched your personal expectations of butler service, we would never intentionally leave our guests waiting or unattended. We also sincerely regret that the dining experience, breakfast, activities, housekeeping, and the presence of wildlife and mosquitoes affected your stay. As a tropical island destination, occasional encounters with geckos and insects can happen despite our ongoing preventive measures, but we understand this does not lessen the inconvenience you experienced. Although we cannot turn back time or change your experience, we genuinely value open and honest conversations.
